Took my Honda mower in to replace broken cable. After I paid the $50, I went home to test the mower. The repair they did was FAULTY, causing the transmission to break. I brought the mower back to them, service manager denies any responsibility. I ask to speak to the owner. Tom, the owner denies any responsibility. I have had the Honda mower for 4 years without any problem. I take it to Manor for a simple repair, now the mower is in worse shape than when I brought it in after paying them $50. Owner Tom is ARROGANT, DEFENSIVE and shouldn't be running a business. He thinks he's above itall because the customer has no recourse, but it will catch up to him, IT ALWAYS DOES.
