I used to go to this STS all the time. Their prices were pretty reasonable and the service managers were nice. However, the last I went there they charged me $25 PER WHEEL for mounting and balancing of tires! The most I've ever been charged in my life for this exact same service (including at this same location, in the past) was $10. But wait, that's not all!

About a week later, on the way home, the passenger side front wheel FELL OFF OF MY CAR! I'm lucky I was going slow at the time or I could been injured or killed. Everybody I have talked to including the tow-truck driver, the mechanics who repaired the damage, and some auto enthusiasts all agree that the wheel could not have been tightened properly.

I took the bill for the repairs back to this location and they said they would pay it but didn't feel it was their fault even though nobody else had worked on the car after them. After five months and numerous phone calls, I still have not received the check!

great bunch of honest guys.you will get good srevice along with an honest apprasial of what is wrong with your car.if they cannont repair it they will tell you so.
i brought my car in for a tune up and was told eveything looked fine so i need not waste my money
