Contrary to the previous posting, I had a really good experience with this Doctor. He was professional, I got my cat spayed and the price was just right. He has been around for a while so the Doctor spends quality time explaining medications and procedures. I am definitely going back.

I didn't even have a chance to take my cat to this place because they are so rude on the phone. When I called, a woman answered. I asked if they offered basic vet services like shots. She said "You haven't figured that out already." I asked questions about price and she kept hurrying me off the phone. She kept saying yeah, yeah, tell the doctor what you need when you get here. I called again to cancel my appointment because I was getting a weird vibe from this place. This time a guy answered. He was more calm and everything was going smoothly. Then he asked me about rescheduling. I tried to be nice and told him I am not sure when I would have time to reschedule. He said sarcastically, "Well, when you find time you can call me at 10:00 in the morning again" This is very unprofessional. I called at 11:15 on a Friday, which is a reasonable business hour.
