I ordered a New York Strip, medium. It came out charred. I am not the person who complains or sends it back even in smaller restaurants. But this was inedible. I expected a bit more from Morton's, but still things can happen. I informed the Maitre de, who promised to get it remade as soon as he could. My date had completed her meal by then. Then came the second steak. It was as bloody as can be. I could not believe Morton's could not get a steak that Applebee's or TGI Friday's can, twice. My date was getting impatient and I was losing interest. I cancelled my steak, despite the Maitre de's assurance that three minutes was all was required. Then we received the check. He brought out the bill for $100, charging me for everything except my steak including the sides that I did not complete. Wow!! I never went to bed hungry and paid $ 100 for one person (my date). Taco Bell would have done a much better job for $10.00. I am appalled at the quality of folks working there. It almost seemed like the Maitre de took my cancellation as a personal offence. He was very polite outwardly but seemed a bit irritated when I cancelled my order after two bad attempts. He even had the audacity to come tell me at the table that he had personally taken the charge for the steak off my bill - like I am stupid enough to pay for food I did not eat. The problem is that it is situated in king of prussia mall and restaurant is filled with mall crowd. I guess the chef must be too busy to mess things up twice or maybe it was just my luck. I am sure Morton's will be much better outside the mall, but the king of prussia morton's, I will definitely not recommend.

Morton's is probably one of the best restaurants in the King of Prussia area. The steak is always a treat. There's a lot more on the menu too. I love the twice baked potatoes. It's not cheap eats but it never disappoints. Good sized portions, too.

I took a group of clients to Morton's in KOP recently, and I have to say it was a great experience- we sat in one of their private rooms, and were treated like royalty. The food and service were excellent, and the added bonus of having a private room made the experince a memorable one. Definitely recommended- I will definitely return.

I went to Morton's for the 1st time recently and was very impressed. I had the porterhouse steak and it was awesome and cooked to order. the side dishes were good also. esp the mashed potatoes and mushrooms.

the service was impeccable. and overall I was a very satisfied customer. You always wonder about the corporate chains and whether or not they can live up to the hype/standards that are set at their other locations. Morton's did. and as a result I will dine there again."
