i went to this store called sneaker lane and i was shopping for a pair of sneakers. the guy was so helpful and i asked him for my regular foot size, the sneaker was too small, so he requested i get a half size bigger. i brought the half size bigger and left the store and even wore the sneakers, but the sneakers still felt a little bigger then i was use too. so i went back to the store and ordered the half size less which was too tight but the store was closed to return the sneakers. so i called this owner over the phone the next day and he tells me, if you would like to return the sneakers and get a new pair then come back and we'll take care of you. now i'm writing this because i have never witnessed such patience.
