Then this is the place to be. They have really fun aerobics classes and are resonably priced. The classes are high energy and full of fun.

They have classes for all types, from beginner to advanced, plus offer personal trainers for those who wish to go that route.

Come join the fun and get into shape at the same time. One of the instructors is the brother of Billy Blanks. So, Ta boe aerobics is usally the building block for most classes.
