P J's Auto Sound

PJ's is the only place I would shop! We have been customers of PJ's since 2004 and have bought 3 remote starters for our vehicles, and we have been very happy. There was never any pressure to buy or try to upsell us, they are extremely knowlegeable about their products, and they stand behind their work. My recent experience was that the remote for my starter broke, I have had the system for over 2 years, and PJ's got the manufacturer to cover under warranty. The old saying goes, you get what you pay for, and you definitely get your moneys worth with PJ's!

Isnt not to often in life that a business meets or exceeds your expectations, well PJs Auto Sounds surly has done that! Spending any amount of money in this economy can be stressful and worry some, but I found my money was well spent at PJs.

The staff, especially Kyle Kaulis, was friendly, honest and extremely knowledgeable. I did not feel the pressure of a hard sell. He listened to my needs and concerns, then found the appropriate items for my car.

Rich Gruver did the additions to my vehicle very professionally. He went above and beyond explaining how my car starter, CD/iPod player and speakers now worked. In no way, shape, or form did Rich talk down to me, he sure knows what he talking about.

While there are other places in the Erie area to get items for your car, I am not sure you will get a better experience from that of PJs Auto Sound. I would definitely recommend you stopping in and chatting with their professional staff.

First of all, I wanted to tell you that I am a 72 year old widowed pensioner. My kids offered to have a remote starter put in my Buick for me for a Christmas present. I really have no extra money for these things, but it sounded like a great benefit to me. I agreed, and they made an appointment with PJ's on my grandsons recommendation. The staff at PJ's came to pick my car up all the way in Tonawanda!

Apparently there are a few decent businesses out of the area willing to offer extra service well beyond the norm! Thanks PJ's! I'm telling everyone I know how great your business is!

I would recommend this place to anyone looking ot have a sound system, car alarm, or remote start put in their automobile.

We've had two alarm systems and remote starts put in here. The first was caused some problems as it was working on the same frequency as something else in our Blazer. But we took it back and they upgraded it to the best system they had and didn't charge me for it as they couldn't figure out what was interferring with it. Once this was done everything was fine. When we traded the vechile we received over $500. more in trade in value because of ths system.

Naturally we took the new vechile to PJ's to have a remote start put in it. The poeple there are great to deal with. They answer all questions and know what they are talking about.

PROS: Personable people
CONS: Prciey at times.
