The Erie Seawolves, originally a Class A affiliate of the Anaheim Angels, are now a Class AA affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. They play in Jerry Uht Park, which is a fairly impressive ballpark built during the stadium building boom of the 1990s. The stadium can hold 6,000 people. The most unique feature of the stadium is that it was squeezed into a partial city block, thereby causing differing styles of seating on the third and first base lines. I also came away impressed with the quality of the between-innings entertainment. This location doesnt have any on-site parking, but cheap or free parking really isnt that far away. Just be prepared to bundle up based on Eries seasonal weather! P.S. The rating is based on the stadium experience, not the team.

Who doesn' t love to go to a baseball game? The Seawolves offer minor league play with a major league feel. You get all the excitement, hotdogs and beers without the hassel and expense of driving to Cleveland or Pittsburgh. What a great alternative for a summer evening.

The Erie Seawolves are a good baseball team in the minor leagues out of Erie, Pennsylvania. When Erie is not cold, take a trip out to their stadium in "downtown." The seats allow everyone to see the game very well. It is a small area that makes the game seem close. Even the front seats can be had for a reasonable price.

If you love baseball then there is no need for me to tell you about the Erie Seawolves games. You know there is a "Dollar Night", you know that the games are fun and exciting, you know that this is a family friendly event, what else could I tell you? Better get out to Jerry Uht park before the Wolves leave Erie for good, though.
