I just bought another mattress from Larry Priori yesterday. That would be our 10th mattress in 24 years. He has always given us the lowest price for the best mattress! He takes care of the old one and delivers the next day. The service is wonderful! My husband and I always feel like we are well cared for no matter who waits on us. We had a problem with one mattress about 15 years ago and Larry took care of it for us with no complaints. We got a new mattress right away. I recommend Priori's to anyone who needs a mattress!

Superior, as usual. Just bought our fourth mattress set from Priori's. Great sales person ( Kelli) and the delivery guys were careful and efficient. We've been dealing with this store for at least twenty years and have never been dissapointed. We once had a problem with a mattress and we had a new one within a few days after they inspected it at no cost.

Buyer Beware - I had my worst ever experience with the owner of this business. He doesn't want to work with you if you have a problem with any of his products. I have never experienced such terrible behavior towards a customer (me). I don't know who this guy thinks he is, but he's narcissistic and clearly only worried about a buck. My nightmare began when I purchased a mattress. Three months later it wasn't usable. Big bow in the middle of mattress. That's fine, things like that happen. I went back to the store and selected another model. Three months later the same thing happened to the replacement mattress. I called the business and was told it would cost me $60 to have someone come out to inspect the mattress. WHAT!!!! You just sold me two defective products and you want me to give you $60 to come out and look at it?? What's going on here!!! I told them they were nuts and gave them a piece of my mind. I talked to the owner of the business and asked him to just refund me my money and I would go somewhere else to buy a mattress. He absolutely gave me the cold shoulder and told me no, that he can't. WHAT!!! Any respectable business under these same circumstances would gladly give you a refund and let you know how sorry they were about what happened. Not this guy. Needless to say this business will sell you bad mattress after bad mattress until you have no choice and have to spend at least another $500 on top of what you already paid, for a top of line mattress. If you are looking for a $500 mattress don't go here. They will eventually fail and your only option will be to put another $500 into this guy's pocket. He has a helluva a racket going on here. Oh, and when I went back after the 1st mattress failed, they said let me find your receipt (no computers at this business-all paperwork) and they started looking thru this large stack of receipts which were all for defective products sold there. What do you think?? I think I should've gone to Sleepy's to buy my mattress. I'm sure there are some happy customers who have frequented this business. They are customers who didn't have any problems with the product. I'm guessing that might be about 10% of their customers.

We were shopping for a futon and found one we liked at Priori Mattress Company. The sales person was a very friendly individual and made the ordering very easy and pleasant. When they came to deliver the futon, the driver told me in advance the wood was not the shade we had ordered. He peeled back the carton while it was in the truck to show me. He was patient while I called the store to see what happened. Again, the same sales person was friendly and told us this was the only one they had available, same model but they could order the one we wanted however, it would take a week or so to arrive. I asked if they could adjust the price 5-10% if we took this one since the wood was darker than what we originally wanted and she said she would check with the owner to discuss the options and call us back. Truck driver had to leave because I did not hear back from her right away. 24 hours pass. I CALL THEM back. The friendly sales agent we dealt with was off for the day and I spoke to a new sales person. I mentioned my name and asked for an update- ??what were the options?? Sales person very sharply said ??I refunded you this morning.? I told him the reason I called was that after discussing the color difference with my s/o we decided we would take that different wood colored futon. Sales person said aside from the wood color that it wasn??t the model we had originally ordered and that he is not even sure why the manufacture even sent the model they sent to their warehouse.(Why he shared this I don??t know). I asked if we could order a new one. He said abruptly ??no?. It was transparent that he could not even be bothered with these questions. Not at all apologetic that they sent us the wrong one, did not even have the one we wanted in stock, although when we purchased it they said they did, never called us back when they said they would and was not willing to order us the one we originally wanted. Hmm. I asked ??by any chance are you the owner?? Sadly he replied ??yes?. I told him that is a shame because his customer service is really horrible. He had no response. Hmmm again. In short, to a rather long note, we will never do business with them again. This get??s chalked up to one of the worst customer experiences we have ever had. Fast to sell, slow to satisfy.

you wont be disappointed with this mattress company. i called at 10 am for a boxspring and by noon the delivery guys, which were soooo friendly, bought it into the bedroom and assembled the bed. Everyone at prior's is friendly, professional, curteous, kind, and very reasonably priced. YOU wont be dissappointed with them. I cant say enough about this company except you wont be dissappointed when dealing with them... thanks so much for all your help priori workers....

This store is great if you want to pick something out and have it delivered quickly. The prices are more than fair and they set you up and take away your old stuff. They have a good selection in all price ranges. This is strictly a mattess store so don't expect a wide variety of frames etc. The location is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking.
