The first two review about Cathy were written by Springfield Residences. Don't believe them, the place is still run the same way since 2009, but high prices and more disappointment.

I was impressed by this place, I brought my Mom to Evergreen Adult Day Program, and they have an Independent/assisted living place. Very nice, awesome garden area, big 1 bedroom with a full kitchen, range top (no oven). Plus, they told my husband and I that they were having a Spring/Summer Specials, of saving between $5000 and $10000 for the whole year (two months free rent).
We signed my Mom up for a short stay called "respite stay".

I find a sense of community is very important to me as I age. Cathy Schaefer certainly is an example of that. Cathy works at Springfield and made me feel special and welcome. I trust her.
