Been going to these guys for almost 30 years. I go out of my way to get there in spite of gas prices. If you live in or near Horsham, you are lucky. As long as I can get there I'll be going to them.

Pros: Styling & expertise, experience, efficiency, customer service, ease of access and parking
Cons: Not close to where I live but if you are in or around Horsham, THERE'S NO EXCUSE!
I can't remember how many years it has been since I've been a client of John Augustine's Hair Salon. I can tell you, however, that I receive numerous compliments, mostly from women (men too) regularly. I ALWAYS thank the person(s), but tell them it's that their compliment really extends to my hair stylist. I'm actually a dark brunette with some gray. I don't mind stating that I'm actually 47 years of age. I've had so many compliments about the color and cut of my hair. Many woman approach me, even touch my hair (maybe they think it looks too good to be real, but it is) and ask where I get my hair done. My stylist does not color my hair with just one color. Neither does nature. My hair is a mixture of colors which are well blended, and that's why it looks so natural. I have never had a bad haircut at John Augustine's. and the cuts I have had I've always been able to duplicate once I get home. (I'm not a stylist, so I need a haircut that I can do myself.) Since it's family run, it is a more casual and relaxing atmosphere, but don't get me wrong -- the stylists know what they are doing and if you need or want advice, they're more than happy to assist you. It's very easy to get an appointment. I always look forward to going in as it's relaxing and enjoyable to me. I don't have one bad word to say about John Augustine's Hair Salon. Yes, it is a bit more costly than one of those brandname haircut franchises, but it is so well worth it! I think everyone's worth it!!
