Pacifico Airport Valet Svc

I used Pacifico Airport Valet service for the first time thinking that their prices were cheaper than parking in a lot and that the service would be faster than leaving my car in a lot and catching a shuttle. Using their $6.95 coupon, I stayed at Pacifico for 4 days and 3 hours and was charged $46.70. I thought this price seemed a little high so I asked them to explain the charges. Since I stayed an extra 3 hours I was charged a full days rate (which I think is lousy, but I guess thats their policy), there is of course the 20% city tax, and then there is this mysterious $5.00 valet service charge! I do not understand why they charge an extra $5.00 for this service and if I had been informed of this service charge ahead of time I certainly wouldnt have used Pacifico. They make it seem like the service they provide you is faster and more convenient than parking in a lot, but in actuality it is not. You must drive to Pacificos lot, fill out paperwork, have the valet drive you in your own car to the airport and drop you off, and then the valet drives back to the lot and parks your car. Once you get back to from your destination, you must call the service and wait for the valet to pick you up in your own car (in this amount of time I saw many shuttle buses drive by), drive back in your car to Pacificos lot and settle your bill. And all this driving back and forth is done on your gas tanks dime. So please explain to me why Im being charged an extra $5.00 for this service. Whoever thought up the idea of this airport valet service must be a genius or a world class swindler, since suckers like me are paying through the nose to be carted around in their own car, with their own gas, and being charged extra for it!

Travel these days is stressful enough without having to worry about your car. Pacifico solves that problem nicely by driving you to the airport for your departing plane and by picking you up again after you land. You can print out a discount coupon from their website.

Problem solved. As a pilot I have friends that were willing to fly me to and pick me up at the airport for our Europe vacation. Others offered to drive us. A friend then recommended Pacifico and now if we ever have to travel through PHL we'll go with Pacifico. Make an appointment for an approximate time, they drive you to the airport, help with the luggage, store the vehicle until you return. All you do is call when you arrive, they drive over to meet you, and you're on your way. They're easy to find, very courteous, reasonable prices. What a great way to get in and out of the airport. Highly recommended.

I often travel thru the PHL airport and I have found parking in the Economy Lot to be a pain. It is difficult to find a spot and sometimes even full. Then when you retun you ahve to wait forever for the shuttle to take you to your car. Pacifico is so much better- they drive you to the airport and pick you up- not shuttle bus and minimal wait time. They will even wash your car and detail/oil change for an additional cost-how convenient!

Since parking at the Philadelphia airport is often impossible, this is a wonderful service. After driving your vehicle to Pacifico located in the Philadelphia auto mall, a Pacifico Parking employee drives you and your vehicle to the airport. After dropping you off at your airline, your car is taken back to Pacifico and parked securely in their lot. Upon return, you call Pacifico and are picked up in your own car.

Another advantage to this service is that you can have maintence and car repairs performed while you are away.
