I've been going to Pinnacle this past year since moving into the Bella Vista neighborhood. The guys at Pinnacle go beyond the call and know the value of great customer service.

I have been taking my car to Pinnacle for 2 years now and could not be happier. The people who work at Pinnacle are extremely friendly, honest and helpful. I have taken my car for service and inspection and have been extremely pleased with the service. It is great that you can drop your car off and it is done in a matter of hours- not days like other mechanics. I highly recommend Pinnacle Automotive.

I just brought a 94' Pontiac Grand AM that couldn't go 40 mph hard if I put my foot to the floor. Went in got a tune-up and some other stuff you ask them. Man if you know what this car is you know what it can do, man my car is a horse now. Thanks Pinnacle

The guys at Pinnacle are very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and completed on time with no worries. They even discovered another small problem and fixed it for FREE. They have been taking care of my car for 5 years and I wouldn't take it anywhere else.

Pinnacle's expertise and service are outstanding. As someone who's owned Alfa Romeos and now a Saab, finding a shop of this quality is rare--they know what they're doing and they take care of their clients. Great service and great value--they are an exemplary auto shop.

When we moved to Philly a few years ago, we were worried about finding a mechanic for our car since we had always gone to the dealer before. Based on a reference we went to Pinnacle and we could not be happier. They are honest guys who do great work. We got in an accident a year ago and they took care of everything from the body work to internal damage and worked with our insurance company so there was no hassle! It has been a great find!! I cannot recommended Pinnacle highly enough.

Old-fashion, friendly service like you rarely see any more! I went in for my PA inspection and they topped all my fluids, checked my tires and had me on my way in less than a hour.

Hello. Yvette D. Pastore here. As a customer for a little over two years with Pinnacle Automotive, I have nothing but good things to say . I appreciate their courteous and reliable service. I was highly recommended to them. Now, I highly recommend them to you. My 2008 Volkswagen Jetta needed an oil-change (Fri., 11/14/08). As usual, the staff at Pinnacle did a great job.

I have been taking my cars to Pinnacle for over five years and with good reason. Their quality of work is second to none AND affordable, they are courteous, reliable, and efficient. They go the extra mile and truly care about the satisfaction of their customers. I have sent several people to Pinnacle over the years and each one has called to thank me for the recommendation. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his crew! Take your car here!

I have been bringing my car to Pinnacle for over three years - ever since I moved to Philadelphia - and have always been impressed with the service and the professionalism of everyone there. Last weekend, I needed to have my car towed to Pinnacle for service and although the towing took longer than expected, they waited for a half hour after closing to meet me and discuss the problem. They were completely open and updated me on the progress of the car throughout the process. The fact that that the prices are extremely reasonable AND these guys will definitely go the extra step means that I would not bring my car anywhere else.

The check engine light recently came on in my car. I brought my car to the service department at my car dealer who told me that my car needed a new engine. I was shocked since it was a relatively new car. I called Pinnacle to get their opinion since they had looked over my car before I took it to the dealer. They said to bring it in and they would take a look. Pinnacle took the extra time to inspect the problem with my car and was able to repair my car without a new engine. I really appreciated the time and effort they took to fix my car. I will be going to them in the future.

i would advise that you find another mechanic. not only did they force me to buy new tires that i didn't need yet by failing me for inspection (i had just had my car looked over before i moved here and was told i would need new tires eventually, but not yet), then when i came back to get my car re-inspected, they took their time and intentionally made me wait instead of just popping out to see the new tire despite the fact that i had called ahead and they said there wouldn't be a wait. i think they failed me just to get me to buy new tires from them, but i went to blatt tire instead and they were great.

Every member of the Pinnacle staff is knowledgeable, capable, and pleasant. Its the exact opposite of every horror story you hear about mechanics - this place is too good to be true. They explain everything, give accurate, reasonable quotes, and have the work done by the time you need it done. Demond is usually the person I speak to, if I can put in a personal recommendation. I've gone to mechanics in the past who have been good the first visit or two, but then try pulling something; I've been going to Pinnacle for almost a year and a half, and they've been consistently top notch.

the three people i find most important in life are, a good barber that knows the local gossip, a bartender that knows when you need company, (or be left alone) and a mechanic you can trust....
i've been in the city for 8 years and though i can't vouch for the first two, the third is found at 11th & catherine....
they stand by their work and treat me fairly and honestly....they work quickly and help me out when my schedule is tight....what else do you need to know, i don't know a dipstick from a johnson rod, but the boys at pinnacle do and they have always done right by me...i endorse them wholeheartedly.

I have been taking my car to Pinnacle Auto for years. I feel confident that I can take my car there, tell them to do whatever needs to be done, and know that I will not be ripped off. I have had everything from wiper blades to engine work done there. Never a problem!!!
I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their car worked on.

I won't take my car anywhere else. Betty the Beretta loved the service.
I trust the employees, and can sit and watch TV while I wait.
They are always friendly, and I have recommended Pinnacle to friends and family.
Service with a smile who could ask for more. I always get in when needed, and have never had a complaint.

I've been going to Pinnacle since Mark was the only employee. They've always been courteous and have helped me out of a jam on several occasions. I would highly recommend them to anyone no matter the make or model of your car.

This is the best repair shop period. I have been going to this repair shop for about 15 years now. I moved way out of town but, I still bring all of my cars down. Why you ask especially with the price of gas these days. TRUST!!!!! The staff at Pinnacle are second to none. They are up front with their pricing and do excellent work. And they always stand behind their work. Yes it cost me more money to go down there. It is over 20 miles from my house but, in the big picture I know I am not getting ripped off. So I still think I am saving money. But, don't take my word for it. Check it out yourself and see. After your visit, you'll be writing a similar review just like I did. Thank you again guys at Pinnicle. You guys ROCK!!!!!

i've been a customer at pinnacle for over ten years and the customer service has been 5 stars since to the first time. You get the same great service when getting a simply oil change as you do when getting a major repair done. A repair shop the you can trust not to over charge you is "diamond in the rough". Discount coupons, a fine cigar, air conditioned waiting room, friendly customer service, What more could i ask from a repair shop. Thank you pinnacle for your great service to the community. Exceptional customer service and very fair prices for the quality of work completed. Have used Pinnacle for newer as well as older model car services and repairs. Never had any problems. The staff is friendly and very accomodating to your needs. Recommend to those near and far. We live in Drexel Hill, PA but Pinnacle is well worth the trip to the city.

Pros: Great service in a nice clean atmosphere. Can walk to the italian market while you wait.

Cons: Haven't encountered any yet.

Took my car in for an inspection and oil change, was told that I needed tires before inspection could be complete, also was told the price up front for all the service. Was very satisfied with the good work and fair prices. Would highly recommend Pinnacle Automotive to anyone I know.

I had a wonderful experience at Pinnacle Automotive, Mark was very honest about the problem that we were experiencing with our vechile, which was covered under the dealers warranty. He's the one who made us aware of that, he easily could have not told us and and did the job himself. We had our car inspected and oil changed , loved his service would recommend everyone we know.

New to the area needed my car serviced CoWorker recommended that I call Pinnacle. When I called I dicussed the problems I was having and made an appointment. The work was completed as agreed upon my vechicle, and the cost was even $25.00 less than the estimate. I was also able to use a discount coupon from their web site. My car PERFORMS better now, than when I was having it serviced at the dealership. I highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone who needs their car serviced or repaired. I certainly will be a repeat customer!!!!

Pinnacle Automotive has been good to me and my family. In all I bring four cars there from various family members. I have gotten evreything from tires to fuel pumps and their service is always excellent. They talk with you about your car, not at you or above your head. They help you to understand what needs to be done and why. I am proud to recommend Pinnacle to anyone I know because I have sent them to an honest establishment.

The Pinnacle Automotive has been servicing our cars for many years oil changes, inspections, repairs, etc... They deal with you in a very friendly professional manner. They are trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for fair prices, good work and nice trustworthy people.

Have to say, if you like to feel like you can trust your mechanic, try pinnacle. They're always fair. I've never had them try to do anything that wasn't required. Prices are fair, if a little expensive. And they're always extremely helpful. Trust takes time to establish with a repair shop, but these guys have earned mine.
