BE CAREFUL 
Don't be stupid like me and read those only two good reviews and think they are good ,, They are liars, told me $20 to take a look at your care and then all of the sudden he told me it's $125 and that I have to pay it whether they fix it or not,, left me no choice so I said ok fix it ,, I paid $134 and once I left the shop the care died on me ,, and just as bad as before they worked on it ,, I called , they said Oh there is another thing they need to do ,, LIARS,, be careful,, My loss is your gain.. this is my e-mail if you need further info : rpetros@dental.upenn.edu

impressive 
I have a very hard time trusting a garage but was in a jam and needed a place nearby. They were fast, friendly and well-priced, easy to talk to and very skilled. Above and beyond what I would ever expect from a garage, I'd go back anyday.

Excellent Service
I won't take my car anywhere else. Betty the Beretta loved the service.
I trust the employees, and can sit and watch TV while I wait.
They are always friendly, and I have recommended Pinnacle to friends and family.
Service with a smile who could ask for more. I always get in when needed, and have never had a complaint.

Great Work!
I have been taking my car to Pinnacle Auto for years. I feel confident that I can take my car there, tell them to do whatever needs to be done, and know that I will not be ripped off. I have had everything from wiper blades to engine work done there. Never a problem!!!
I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their car worked on.

I have to say that I just returned to Pinnacle Automotive after such great service last year. Again, the service and work was just fantastic! They are so friendly, and do what ever it takes to make it simple!!! Thanks again for such wonderful, reliable, and honest service. You are the best!!

KEY INGREDIENTS: affordable prices, excellent service
I've been going to Pinnacle since Mark was the only employee. They've always been courteous and have helped me out of a jam on several occasions. I would highly recommend them to anyone no matter the make or model of your car.
Pros: Open Saturday, Integrity, Price, Service, AC & Cable in the waiting room

2nd to none
This is the best repair shop period. I have been going to this repair shop for about 15 years now. I moved way out of town but, I still bring all of my cars down. Why you ask especially with the price of gas these days. TRUST!!!!! The staff at Pinnacle are second to none. They are up front with their pricing and do excellent work. And they always stand behind their work. Yes it cost me more money to go down there. It is over 20 miles from my house but, in the big picture I know I am not getting ripped off. So I still think I am saving money. But, don't take my word for it. Check it out yourself and see. After your visit, you'll be writing a similar review just like I did. Thank you again guys at Pinnicle. You guys ROCK!!!!!
