Cafe America has to be my favorite lunch spot in Doylestown. It serves amazing Mexican food and has been far the best Mexican spot in the area. They offer all the original loves with a special twist, introducing new and unique tortilla wraps. The restaurant is connected to Lilly's which makes the space quiet small, however, they offer outside seating and an upstairs room. If you want good, fresh Mexican this place is for you.

My family has been enjoying the fantastic food at Cafe America since they opened in Doylestown (at their old location). I have since moved but always make it a point to return. A lot has changed. The staff is horribly rude. My order was messed up THREE times and the staff was unapologetic. One staff member actually blamed the first mistake on the a coworker that was standing right there. The food and atmosphere is great but not worth having to deal with staff. They obviously do not need customers.

This used to be my favorite restaurant until they changed the menu. They had this great chicken rice dish, i can't get the name to go through spell check, you could get it in a bowl or in a wrap, it was the best, the best thing on the menu, but they took it off! However, they still have some good appetizers and sides and they make a wonderful margarita! :)

Cousin to Lilly's Gourmet and right across the street.
We sat outside on their patio, surprisingly secluded for being in the middle of town.
The food was incredible, Cuban sandwich to die for!!!!
A little pricey, but great for a "special" lunch.

We enjoyed the wraps very much at Cafe America, but they were out of Sweet Plantains and the chips (homemade) were very odd. Extremely Thick-cut and overly greasy.
Great salsa - but bring your own chips.
The vegetarian wrap and the seard tuna salad platter were EXCELLENT.

Pros: Tasty, Good variety

Cons: Greasy Chips, Paper Plates only
