Bob's Gun Shop & Indoor Shtng

I haven't had the chance to interact with the infamous Bob, but the other staff seemed to be knowledgeable and willing to guide you and give useful advice. Customer service probably isn't their strong point though. They have everything your looking for and know what their talking about.

Went to Bobs to look at guns and was talked down to and Bob was very rude. Bob needs to learn how to talk to people he is very very rude. I recommend not doing business here, my friends warned me about him but i didn't believe, now i do! Do your self a favor go do business with someone that values his customers because Bob does not!

I read a post from 01-of 08 I thought I wrote it- Bob did the same crap to me- I am in law enforcement and he took out of context what i said too and told my boss and I got chewed out also- Bob can be very rude and argumentative. Bill Johnson is not my real name I don't want Bob going back to my boss again. Bob you don't have that good of a reputation- clean up your act and remember the customer is always right.

I purchased my first firearm at Bob's and had a great time looking and talking and just relaxing. Great environment, very approachable staff, and terrific educational program. Bob has never talked down to me and his other staff has been very calm and considerate despite my annoying and 'green' questions. I will buy all of my firearms from Bob and his team as well as talking my friend into the Carry-Pro 9mm by Kimber from Bob. You can't sell a thousand dollar 9mm unless you're doing something right! ha ha! GO BOB!

Hi, I bought a few guns at Bob's recent a Glock 19 and a Taurus for my wife. Bob and Dave were both excellent to work with. Bob was very helpful with my wife he took a long time with Sue it is her first hand gun. I read Mark V. comments he got his money back. Bob must be real smart the way I figure he does not want to deal with an idiot. I really hope Mark V. does not cc we don't need hot heads carrying guns!!!

I bought a laser sight for my gun at bobs, had it for two weeks.Upon putting it on my gun the site broke.It was a very easy design and it slides on the lower part of the ( the rail system ) gun. The site was defective so i took it back to Bobs gun shop. The site has a life time warranty so i thought they would either give me a replacement or talk me through the warranty process. I was told i broke it, its my fault by bob. He said to his help give him his money back, and i said thats ok how about a replacement? Bob said no give him his money back. So rather then giving me a replacement he decided not to do business with me at all! I do all my shooting there, buy ammo, have friends that also do business there, but no more! Bob is a very rude, talks down on everyone he meets, and is a total idiot. It is now how i will spend my spare time is telling everyone what a total loser him and his business are.

In a time when composite pistols overwhelm the market there are thousands of choices to make when deciding to purchase a pistol. From my past experiences with purchasing and shopping at Bob's, I have determined that he is a believer in the quality of Glock pistols and products and He would rather sell you a Glock for less than the what your willing to pay for any other brand. However my small mit will not fit the Double stack Glocks. Recently I begin to study and gather information on the Springfield XDs through friends who have purchased and many monthly magazines so needless to say prior to paying Bob a visit I was sold on the XD. I did purchase the Springfield XD compact in SW40. Bob was not in that day. I had many questions and the staff (didn't catch his name) was helpful and was not in any means pressuring the purchase. He was also very helpful with some other tips and recommendations. The cost for the NIB pistol was 30 under the cost of another store that was having a 10% sale. Bobs prices are for the most part very competitive and the quality of Himself and His staff is well worth the extra few bucks if there is any price difference. In closing If you are in the market for firearms whether it is for hunting, targeting, sporting, self defense or law enforcement I would recommend paying Bob a visit. Him and his staff will set you on the correct path.

My father and I have purchased 3 guns from Bob's Gun Shop (Sig P239, Ruger SR9 and S&W M&P 9mm). We have received the best price and great service each and every time. Bob and his staff are very knowledgeable and I have found that if my opinion differs from theirs', perhaps I should be listening a bit more closely.

They have a very nice range on site and their classes (I have taken HG101) are well worth the time.

I recommend them without exception.

Bob's guns are a little over priced depending on what your looking for , plus he is somewhat moody at times and likes to argue, unlike being pleasant with the customer. he definatley will get you into trouble when it comes to speaking with your boss. basicly he took what i said to him out of text and i got my ass chewed out at work for it. Being I am in law enforcement. Bob took offence to what i had said not even saying anyhting to me at the time and decided to tell on me like a narc. Needless to say all in all he's a typical marine; the few the proud.

My husband had a gun that needed fixed and we took it to a Gun Shop in Erie and they said they couldnt fix it so we took it to Bob's and got it done. My husband now recently just bought another shotgun for Turkey season. Would definitely recommend the service was great.
