Continental Ceramic Tile

I have never found any salespeople to be rude there. Went there 3 years ago to look at tile for my kitchen, & fell in love with the tile and Melissa, the salesperson. Not only was she helpful, she helped with the design.Few weeks ago, I decided to tile a bathroom in my home. Went to a local tile place and was overwhelmed and not pleased with the salespeople there. They did not listen to what I wanted and showed me tiles I was not interested in.Decided to go back to Continental Tile. Lo and behold, Melissa was there, but we didn't remember each other at first. I told her what I was looking for and she brought my to exactly what I wanted. Within 15 - 20 minutes, not only did I have my tile picked out, we had a design planned as well.This place is great. Have one more tiling job at home and I will definitely go back there again.Ask for Melissa, she's great!

I recently visited Continental tile and was very impressed by the showroom and the professional salespeople to help you design your rooms with the latest materials available. They give you plenty of choices . I redid my kitchen and had know idea where to start. After selecting my cabinets and counter top I was guided by Michelle to a finished kitchen that I thought I could only dream about it just takes your breath away I highly recommend the Continental experience

My husband and I have been to this tile showroom on several occassions mainly for ideas on tile layouts. I don't know what it is but, the sales people who work in these tile showrooms are incredibly rude. I think they figure they're so busy and everyone needs tile, we don't need your business. We went in one afternoon and it was very busy. We waited patiently for assistance but, none of the sales associates had the common courtesy to even mention that someone would help us when they're available. When we finally had someone help us, their attitude was that we were beneath them and talked down to us. Needless to say, we never bought anything there because of the terrible attitude of the staff. My husband actually did speak to one of the designers in the back and he was very friendly and accomodating.
