Customer service?

Told me I needed a new battery and said it wasn't the charger...turns out it was the charger and they already disposed of my old battery. So I had to pay 70 plus bucks for a new battery and now I had to buy a new charger also. I had bought several other batteries over the years here and never was treated like this. Then the guys accuse me of lying. Nice way to run a business. Christian poster on walls...won't go back.

Great service even by phone. I have bought batteries at the store as well and they have great knowledgable serive people. I will continue to go back for my battery needs and recommend them to everyone.
