BuxMont Medical has friendly and knowledgeable desk staff and nurses on duty. The staff that answers the phone always have excellent, calm, and kind phone manners. The Wellness Center in which BuxMont Medical is located has generous parking, and there are elevators to help you up to the second floor (this is helpful for anyone that uses a wheelchair, needs crutches, or just isnt feeling well). Dr. Toltzis in particular is an incredibly kind and understanding doctor. She will explore several options for you and will always take the time to listen fully as you describe your ailment. Dr. Toltzis is very receptive to by the way questions, which according to recent news reports, is very important. Dr. Ryan is also very helpful. Waiting time in the office is short to average, and the atmosphere of the Wellness Center is very relaxing.

PROS: Friendly staff and doctors
CONS: 30 minute waiting time
