I really love NXT Hair Design! It is in a gorgeous studio on Lime St. in downtown Lancaster, and is decorated beautifully. The owner, Tamara, is really sweet and personable and also cuts hair. They have this special on certain nights where you can sip free wine when you are getting your hair cut! They also give student discounts of 15% which was greatly appreciated! I would recommend NXT to all of my friends!
