simply the best place for all things auto repair. Charlie and his staff did an excellent job with my car. I had to have it towed because it wouldnt start. Charlie had my car up and running in less than 3 hours.

If I could, I would rate this place negative ten stars. In truth, I will NEVER go there again. I have been going there for the passed six years to have routine maintenance done on my cars and the service was never really grade A, but they were never flat out ignorant, like the new so-called owner or manager, Charlie. I had an emergency where I had to take my car to the garage to get it fixed, because I was unable to drive it and when I spoke to this Charlie person, he was so very ignorant in any way you could possibly imagine. He didn't appear to want to speak to me at all and I am in customer service myself, so I always try to be polite on the phone, but this guy pushed every one of my buttons at once. So then the price he quoted me for what he thought it would cost and what it actually cost, was very different. He under quoted by almost thrice as much as it actually was.
So in closing, they've lost a long time customer and I would strongly recommend everyone reconsider going there, unless you plan on being treated like I was. It's a shame that one man can ruin the ones whole idea of a business. I've talked to that man probably four times within the last three days and that was more then I will ever have wanted to.

They offer an oil change package that includes oil change, air filter check, wiper check, fluid check, tire pressure check, and more. They occasionaly have rebates on the oil change package. The service for the oil change is relatively fast, roughly 10 - 15 minutes if no one else is in line ahead of you. The employees are friendly and explain the work to you before doing it.

this is the best place in Johnstown for oil changes, brakes, transmission repair and everything in between. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. recommend to all!

they recently detailed our car along with a transmission flush. my car looked brand new and the owner couldnt have been nicer. I would recommend this place to anyone! it's not Jiffy Lube on Scalp its JET LUBE ON ELTON ROAD. Dont get them mixed up because Jiffy has ripped us off and that is what brought us to Jet!

appointment was not needed. walked in expecting to be there for an hour, was surprised when they called my name 10 minutes later and my car was finished!

Fast and friendly service.

Oil change only took 10 minutes. I have been back since then for other work on my car and was again very impressed with the service.

Went in for Inspection, after i wast told my car needs all of these parts to pass, went to another dealer who stated my car was fine and passed no prob.

I took my car there. They told me I needed 8 parts replaced because they were bad. They quoted me prices for the parts and the labor. (Please note: my car was running fine.) My uncle is a mechanic and he came into town for the Easter holiday. He looked at my car and showed me that only two of the parts actually needed replaced. My uncle didn't have time to fix it before he went back home, so I bought the parts myself (they were charging twice as much as I got them at the local auto store!) and let them put the parts on. The mechanic freaked out on me, saying I wanted to drive an unsafe car, blah, blah, blah but I didn't fall for it because I know and trust my uncle (GM certified mechanic working for a dealership for 18+ years as a mechanic.) The mechanic at Jet Lube even swore at me. Not professional, not how someone should speak to a woman. I'll never go back there again. By the way, last year, when I got my oil changed at Jet Lube, they told me my car engine was on it's last legs and I needed to hurry up and sell it and get a new one. Guess what? That was 40,000 miles ago, I've done nothing to my car and it runs absolutely great. Bottom line: these guys charge double for parts, don't know what they're doing and are MEAN and RUDE.

Jet lube is located right off of Rt 219 on Elton Blvd. The shop offers a variety of services from oil changes to spray-on Rhino truck linings.
