The location makes it convenient as a spot between home and the workplace. Convenient parking makes it accessible any time.

I am able to do what I want in terms of my workout. People are pleasant but do not intrude on what I am doing.

Great variety of weights and equipment.

Great variety of weights and equipment.

Pros: location and equipment

Cons: size limits amount of equipment

.

Great place to work out, get in and out quickly, showers are adequate. Wide variety of equipment including free weights and machines. I run to the gym and home so cardio is less of a issue for me but there are treadmills and stairmasters available.

The other members are serious about working out, no one is standing around watching and oogling and when the other members talk they are friendly.

The owner sits behind the front desk and has always been friendly and helpful.

Best Part?!? No signup fee and month to month was only $50. I think it's the best deal in town.

Pros: Wide variety of equipment, serious people

Cons: Small locker room

.

This gym is a dump. The person at the front desk was nice but the equipment is outdated. The "locker room" is small and dingy. The gym is located a few blocks from East Carson Street (near the river) on a somewhat isolated and scary block. The people inside the gym are also frightening. When I visited, I only saw men and they appeared to be rough, blue collar workers. I don't recommend this gym for women, unless they're very tough.
