Bargain Thrift Ctr

I am a regular shopper here and Bargain definitely has my allegiance but I would just warn that you total your stuff before you pay bc you can't watch the subtotal on the register and I have been overcharged twice.

This is my favorite thrift store in Philly. It's small, intimate, the vintage section always has some outfit no one else has, & I've never walked out of here without finding something I absolutely must have. I've found everything from wedding dresses to never-worn-tag-still-on clothes that I can give as gifts to even my pickiest friends. I go to a lot of thrifts, some with bigger selections, but this is the one I always come back to b/c it's one of a kind. They have great deals on clothes & a lot of really cool jewelry, & vintage clothes all over the store, not just in the section dedicated to retro. Look in the back & you'll find gowns that look like no one ever wore them. They could be altered to make just about anything. The material alone is worth more than the price of the dresses.
