In response to the last review they most be mistaken as to which jeweler they were at,because Jem Jewelers has the largest on site repair shop in central and Montco area. All ring sizing and other repairs are NOT sent out.

Resizing

I got my engagement ring resized there and was just not impressed by the way they handled it.
They wanted to send it out to their other jeweler to do the job and not have it back to me for ten days.
I said no thank you and found a jeweler that did it on the spot.
