Terrible Experience

I asked the salesman for the total price to purchase the car including sales tax, etc.... He went to the manager, Jason Freedman, and got the price. I said ok. Then when I went to sign the papers the price jumped $2500.00 I asked to speak to Jason
Freedman, the manager and asked him why the price jumped. He said take it or leave it. He was very rude and obnoxious. He could not explain the price jump. Did he think I would not read the contract? I left immediately and went to another Nissan Dealership which quoted me less than my original quoted price. I will never go to Colonial Nissan. You shouldn"t either. In this economy you would think he wants business not turn people away with his poor attitude.

Colonial Nissan Inc is Plain Horrible....Freud!

Horrible place to buy cars from.
We bought a Nissan Altima and we had to have our brakes changed the second day after purchase.
They were worn down!!! How did this car pass inspection with such horrible brakes?

Then my driver's side window seal let in so much rain that I'd hear swooshing when driving. Took the car to have it checked, and @$$hole Bill Mgory arrogantly tells me there is nothing wrong with my window seal, they only unplugged the drain in the door.
My car then started whistling. I took it back two times and each time these arrogant @$$holes told me there was nothing wrong with my brakes, that they were brand new., These 5ckers approach you with such attitude and defense, its clear they are always attacked because they are so guilty of ripping consumers off.

Took it to my personal mechanic and he had to changed my back brakes because they were worn down to the metal!!! Colonial Nissan @$$holes told me my brakes were brand new!!!!
Then my mechanic told me that this car was in an accident. An accident Colonial Nissan new about but was never reported in the Carfax. Their mechanics definitely knew about it if my mechanic could tell.

BOttom line. do not go to this dealership. They will rip you off with a lemon!
I am in process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I just recently purchased my third car from Colonial. Each time, I was more impressed than before. I shopped around a lot on this last purchase and visited numerous dealerships. Every time I stepped inside, I would immediately cringe at the uncomfortable feeling you get as you suddenly feel 20 sets of eyes on you, wondering which one is going to attack. That's not the case at all when walking into Colonial Nissan. They make you feel very comfortable. They don't pressure you. Very relaxed, friendly environment. The salesman that I worked with was awesome. The price that I got was great. All in all, the experience was painless. I haven't really dealt with the service department yet. I can only hope it's as terrific a team as the sales department.

SCAMMERS - DO NOT GO THERE

Every time I went to this dealership to buy a car or get service done my experience was always unpleasant. Their arrogance is mind boggling. How do they expect to sell cars with such attitudes? I'm impressed that they didn't go bankrupt yet but at this rate they sure will and I hope they will.
Steven Wayne is the biggest a-hole in there. He had the galls to get angry at me, a potential customer, because I complained that he was misleading me for giving me a price which already included FACTORY rebate, which I can get it at any other dealer out there. Customer service? They don't know the meaning of it.

Terrible Experience-BUYER BEWARE

Looking fro an altima lease and was quoted a great price for a 12k lease. When I went in to sign the paperwork they totally switched the terms on me to a 10k a year lease.

Was furious and wanted to speak to a manager and Jason Friedman came back and talked to me and said the it was clearly explained that the lower price was for a 10k lease. I disputed that statement and he said that the higher price is the best price for a 12k lease. Ended up being $25 more a month. WALKED OUT!

BUYER BEWARE ask before you sign the paper work of terms, amounts, rates etc...

run away from this dealership

Horrible experience. Purchased new vehicle. Brought back for same problem 8 times. Never resolved. management, especially, Jason Friedman, very disrespectful, could care less.I needed to get an attorney to settle this case and get my money back. Run don't walk away from this dealership. Very poor customer service, especially from the general manager, Friedman. After sitting numerous times in the repair department I could hear and witness the absolute dissatisfaction of a myriad of customers.

I used the Service group at Colonial Nissan for years. Both the price and time they quoted you were right on. They were so good that I could make my appointment and wait for the car to be done.

I was very impressed with the price I got and the professionalism with which the transaction was handled. Buying a car is usually a nightmare but Colonial was serious and made it painless.

A trustworthy place to buy a car

The employees at Colonial Nissan are very accomodating to say the least. They asked me what type of features I wanted in my soon to be new car and what I could afford. After telling them what I wanted, they found me something perfect. Try them first, they are the BEST!!!!
