B & R Starter

I had a problem with my transmission. There was a hole in my transmission, it was on fire. I called B & R Starter and told them my problem, they said I could bring the van to them. I paid a towing company $100.00 to bring my van to B & R Starter. The next day they called me saying that they don't deal with transmission. Why didn't they tell me that when I called them telling I had a problem in the transmission? I could spend $100.00 towing the car for a mechanic that would solve my problem. And they put transmission oil in my van and charged me $20.00. They knew there was a hole in my transmission. They just waist transmission oil and made me pay for that. I'm not happy with them.

Other shops that I have been to don't offer half as many options as this one does. That is one of the biggest reasons why I have kept coming back. Also the reliable work, of course.

My Camry needed a few fixes and I took it to B & R and they had it taken care of within hours and with a great price.

I had been having problems with the heating system in my dash board and it's getting colder and colder, so I brought it in and the re wired all kinds of thing allowing me to have the heat back on and not have to freeze on the way to work! Thank you so much for that. Great prices too, by the way.

My muffler was starting to droop for some reason and I couldn't get it to come back up, brought it in and they fixed it all in under half an hour. Very smart and fast mechanics. Thanks for the help.

Wonderful service. I was having a problem with the connection of my stereo, so I brought my car in to them here. They had it figured out and fixed in less than 45 minutes. I had though it would take all day, but I was taken care of so fast! Thanks, I really appreciate it.

The staff at B&B Starter knew how to do their job so well. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg or try to impress me by ""showing off"" what they could do. They were honest and straight forward the whole time and I never had a single issue with them. My car was ready at the time they told me it would be and that was very impressive. B & R Starter is a fantastic auto repair shop. They helped me diagnose the problem on my car and were able to fix it the same day for a reasonable price. The service was fast and reliable and all the people were very helpful.

Super service and super value. Worked on a difficult issue with our Audi. Saved $$ and did not need to pay the high price of the dealer. You will get the truth of what needs to be fixed, the real solution to fix it, and with a solid estimate.

Finally someone who knows Jeeps! My Jeep had some electrical issues. I took it to 1 other shop and they could not find the problem. The lead tech at B & R Starter found the problem and had it repaired before the end of the same day! (It helps that the technician's family owns 4 of them.) The service manager was very polite and informative. I have nothing but great appreciation for their efforts and honesty! It was a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely go back.

These guys at B & R Starter is great, they help me diagnose the problem on my car. It appears that my alternator has gone bad on my Civic. I thought it was the starter. Thanks for everything.

My husband and I got my son a used car for his birthday and we said that he could do anything that he wanted to it to make it more like him, within reason of course, as long as he paid for it. He decided to get get a stereo and video system. He needed to have someone install it so I told him to go to B & R Starter because I have gone there for work on my own car. I have an older car and I am trying to make it more updated so I got a new stereo system but I needed someone to install it for me. I went to B & R Starter to see if they could and they had no problems doing it at all, in fact they were able to do it right when I got there.
