Have been using this florist for over 40 years. The only time I was disappointed, however, was my wedding -- back in 1972. So can not recommend them for that. Have tried other florists in Mayfair and always come back. They haven't been around forever for no reason.

I used Steins for a 2 Funeral sprays and as I was at the viewing I was horrified to find they were never delivered. I had to leave the service and call Steins to find out that they didn't deliver it because they don't deliver flowers until the funeral home confirms the times and they don't trust the customers to give accurate information. The funeral director told me they never called them or left a message. They finally arrived over an hour late with the flowers and had to interrupt the receiving line to display them as the delivery man fumbled with an array of cards, not knowing which belonged to what arrangement. It was embarrassing and disrespectful and I will never us them again!

I've been using Stein's for many years. Holidays, funerals, weddings, graduations, parties and babies. They've been there for all the happy and sad times in our lives. They are friendly, professional and dependable.

Dont EVER use Steins Florist!!! There are too many reputable Florists in the area. I had an order promised for a holiday dinner and it showed up a day late! When I called to complain, they said there were no notes on the record, then when questioned said the person wasnt home (they were all day), then said they were probably in the bathroom, and then said it was an Easter arrangement and it was there by Easter, whats the big deal? The center-piece ordered was for a Saturday night dinner and was left outside on Easter Sunday at 3 p.m. with the person at home again (they did not knock, I was there too). The card even said Saturday Delivery. Bernadette (would not give her last name), the office manager, was highly agitated on the phone and an utter disaster when it comes to customer service. Try Otto Schmidt or Wanners for MUCH better service.

I usually shop their location in NJ, Steins at Sunset Florist (which is also great and close to me), but I stopped in while in the area and found a wonderful treasure! This shop is huge! It has 2 floors to shop and everywhere you turn is something beautiful, including an indoor pond with fish and turtles to visit. And like their sister company, the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. Their flowers, plants, and arrangements are among the most beautiful I have ever seen and their gifts are great (and their prices too)! I highly recommend this shop as well as the one in NJ; and with the 2 locations they deliver really far. I will always shop Steins for flowers!

steins has a beautiful selection of fresh flowers. their long stem roses are of best quality and last for what seems like forever. the arrangements they make and deliver dont even compare. calling and ordering is great, but going there is different. there is barely any parking. if there is, its meter parking on the avenue.

Phoenix... Steins had a bad fire a few years ago and they finally reopened and they are even better. They are a large store who very often has displays outside. They sell exotic flowers, and their pointsettias at Christmas are absolutely gorgeous. They can be pricey, but the quality is good.

MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN GOING TO STEIN'S FLORIST FOR YEARS AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY ARE OUSTANDING. THEIR FLOWERS AND ARRANGEMENTS ARE JUST BEAUTIFUL. THE SERVICE YOU RECEIVE IS ALSO OUTSTANDING. I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT STEIN. AS FAR AS THEIR PRICES, THEY ARE THE BEST.
