This is a very busy group physician practice that nonetheless manages to put patients first. Dr. Fabens is my doctor & she is without a doubt one of the most caring, skilled physicians I've ever met. It's tough to get an appointment with her since the whole neighborhood seems to have discovered her, but she's worth the wait. The staff is also first-rate, a rarity in these days of managed care. I've never had a bad experience with anyone here, they all seem very concerned & conscientious about making patients feel comfortable & cared for. In fact, there have been quite a few times when I've had to call for help in dealing with my insurance company, & everyone from the receptionists to the nurse practitioner went out of their way to help me. Very unusual & not something you can forget. I love them.
