My daughter has been part of the Goddard School for 3 years, since she was just over a year old. We looked into many area child care/early education providers prior to choosing Goddard, and were most impressed by Goddard - the administrative staff, teachers, facility, and curriculum were the best around. Before starting at Goddard, my daughter was shy with others, and has grown to become incredibly friendly, open to interaction with other children and adults, and has generally come out of her shell. She has learned so much in each classroom and each set of teachers and teacher's assistants have provided her with such wonderful care and guidance. As a mom who can't stay at home, I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather have my daughter spend her days. She has grown so much in terms of readiness for school, I have no doubt that she will transition well into kindergarten in another year. The classrooms are always well kept, and the teachers always make a point to connect with the children on an individual level. Teachers have always been available to answer any questions/concerns that I have had, and the administration has been more than helpful and understanding throughout our time at Goddard as well. I look forward to having my daughter enjoy her last year of "pre-k" at Goddard, and will most definitely send our next child through the school when he/she is ready! Thanks so much, Goddard, for all you do!

Happy anniversary Goddard School!! My son has been attending your program for 1 year this week! I have to say, I could not be happier with our decision to send our son to your school!! Since day one, in the baby room, the teachers and support staff have been loving, caring, attentive and just all around awesome! The teachers in the baby room really took the time to talk with me about development, day to day routine, keeping me informed of stuff to work on my son with to help him along. Now he is in the pre-tods room and it is just as great! He is really coming into his little personality! At 14 months he knows over 20 words! It's a great feeling when he says a word I know he learned from his lesson plan! My son goes in with a smile. Everyone has really taken the time to bond with him. It is really special to know that the teachers here care about his well being. I can't wait for the next year! Thank you all for your care and commitment.

ABSOLUTLEY THE BEST! I have one child who has been attending this school since she was two,in the toddler room, she is now 6 and loving life in kindergarten. This school by far surpasses any other school ive worked at or had my child enrolled in. The moment you walk in the door you feel warm, welcomed and a good feeling of being able to leave your child with a very trustworthy staff. My daughter comes home everyday learning about something new and different, she laughs about the good times with her classmates, she loves her teacher and has had a special bond with every teacher who has worked with her. The care and appreciation that the teachers show for their job and the kids is unvbelievable. The staff has been devoted and willing since day one, they go out of their way to try and make it the best that they can for your child. You immediatley feel comfortable, knowing that your child is in a safe and healthy enviroment. As far as curriculum goes, i dont know the in and outs of it..but i do know that my child is a genius..and i owe it to the staff at goddard. She has grown and learned so much over the years at this school and i am dreading 1st grade since we will have to leave goddard. The effort that the staff puts into all the holiday parties.themed days, celebrations..anything...its always done so well and so relaxed! I enjoy everything at this school and i also feel as though they deserve alot of credit and praise for how well they do and how beneficial they are to all of our childrens, growth and education. Coming in and out of this school everyday is never a bad feeling, to me thats most crucial. My child has fun, makes new friends everyday, learns new things everyday..and has an all around amazing additude about school, and i owe the credit all to the staff. SO TO THE STAFF AT GODDARD, GOOD JOB!! KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING...ITS AMAZING! -CLT-

This feedback is addressing an unfortunate situation where our 2-year old daughter was kicked out of the local Goddard School very abruptly. We used a survey as an opportunity to provide constructive feedback. A survey Goddard sent to us....ASKED us to complete. We were SOLICITED to complete...we did NOT ASK for....a survey. A survey is an opportunity to provide feedback. It is NOT a tool used just to praise. I provided honest feedback based on our perceptions and our experiences within our rights as parents who have a child attending their school. I believe their curriculum has declined over the years and the level of cleanliness has diminished as well, in both the care of our daughter and the facility itself. Still, the rating was a "5 out of 10"...which is average. Although we were hoping for improvement, it was not as if we were completely disgruntled and wanted to remove our daughter immediately.

In my opinion, I think the personal reaction to feedback provided on a survey they asked for was completely unfair. My recommendation is for them to provide the surveys anonymously and do not connect parents to them if you have difficulty receiving constructive feedback. To have the owner call me mid-day and tell me to come remove our daughter from the school and this would be her last day?is just not right or fair. This came after requesting a meeting with the Owner and the Directors to discuss the situation. I do not believe there was any consideration of our daughter's routine, well-being, friends, etc. In my opinion, their actions were completely uncalled for and irresponsible. What did we do wrong??? Again, we completed a survey Goddard sent out requesting feedback. In turn, after a FOUR year relationship with Goddard, with no issues in the past, we were told not to come back. They kicked our daughter out of the school. While the quality of their care was "average" in our eyes, I felt their response to receiving honest feedback that may not have aligned to what they hoped for was unprofessional and disrespectful....in my opinion. We had hoped for a better outcome
