Constant screaming and yelling going on while we were trying to enjoy a very rare outing to me for my family and I. We left without finishing our food because it was disgusting and when we tried to tell them they were too busy carrying on with eachother to serve their customers. I put some money in the tip jar and watched the old lady pluck it out before it even hit the bottom of the jar. The tip was for the people who made our food, this was before we tatsed it, not the old lady sitting in the booth yelling across the whole restaurant at who I assumed to be her daughter. What happened after we left was even more astonishing. My famiily and I watched the pizza faced pizza man dumped a whole bucket of oil right onto the ground out back. This is ILLEGAL and TERRIBLE for the environment. I WILL be reporting them to the health department. Whether it's your stomach or the environment you care about BAN this pizza shop. They need to be SHUT DOWN!

Let me first start off by saying I know all about serving customers. I have been a manager at mcdonalds for 5 years and a crew trainer 3 years before that so I have a lot of experience in customer serivce. I know that at times customers can be unruley and even wrong, but there is a saying that goes " the customer is always right". For the sake of your business never disagree with them. Or be rude and yell at them. One night I ordered a stromboli like I always do. Just cheese extra cheese and sauce. This time when I got it, it tasted horrible and I cut closer into the center to see that the cheese was not completely cooked in the center. So I called over and I think her name is Margret, the only female worker there. She said "its the same cheese they have used for over 40 years and she does not see how it could be bad or how I could have possible been undercooked." With her stern mean itilian accent. Being defensive instead of trying to fix their obvious mistake. So after seeing that I was not going to give in, she said the next time I called she would give me a free one. I really wish I had saved the piece of crap boli. That was on a friday then sunday when I called to get the repacelent boli, her brother snapped at me saying "We don't give free food away!" You always call and complain!" Trying to think back when I have ever had a problem with them I remembered when the had delivered the wrong food to my mother so they had to come back out and give her the one she asked for. So not our fault. Si when I asked to speak to margret she sounded rush and short. She said "you people are always calling and complaing! We never had a problem in over 26 years and you people are always complaing! When I tried to tell her fine I would order and pay for the stupid boli, she snapped again and said " go call anothe pizza place! There are over 50 pizza places around. I don't want your business!" So disgusted, angry and still hungry I called ray's pizza. Very good might I add. But this review is about ninos. Most people would say, what did she mean when she rudely said "you people". I took it as to be a racist comment. Some would say how did she know you were black since she only talked to you over the phone? Well I have came to the restaraunt a few times and she knew exactly how I was. She always referred to me as "doll". But you know what I don't care if she had a crappy day, you don't ever refer to me someone of importance as "you people" especially a african american person. I would be a foo to believe that people are not racist anymore. Especially in a town where there are only 2.3 percent blacks. Wish I had caught it on video cuz this would have wound up in court. She does not know who I really am but trust and believe she will....

My family and I LOVE Ninos Pizza. Tonight we ordered some pizza and we really wanted some garlic knots, but they said they were not making them tonight. 15 minutes ago they came to our door with garlic knots just for us and did not charge us. We enjoy Ninos. It's a great family place.

I would NOT recommend this ??restaurant? to anyone looking for good food and a peaceful dining atmosphere. This restaurant uses the lowest quality of food and the unfriendly and hostile atmosphere does not compensate for the lousy food. During my visit to Nino??s Pizza, Margaret and her mother, Josephine, were having a very heated argument about Margaret taking money from the register. They did not seem to care that my family and I were in there dining while they screamed obscenities at each other.

I have not visited Nino??s since this incident but it has come to my attention that Margaret Chapman has been holding charity events at Nino??s since 2007 because she was diagnosed with cancer. Proceeds were advertised to be donated to cancer research to the Cancer Society in Chalfont. Apparently these events occur every 3-4 months since 2007 and the only donation that was ever made was in 2007 in the amount of $1500. It is reprehensible that ANYONE would fake cancer to hold a charitable event and I vote to black ball this pizza shop for anyone like myself that has lost a loved one to cancer.

I think Nino's is great! My young boys love the attention they get every time they walk in the door. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The pizza is made the way you request it. I love the tuna salad platter. I have enough for lunch the following day. Margaret is the best!

I honestly don't know what has happened to Nino's. I have been getting my pizza and sandwiches there for years and they have always been my favorite up until the past few months.

I've always preferred privately owned pizza shops over pizza chains mainly because the quality is so much better and you get much better service. Nino's used to be one of tose that were the best for this but not anymore. They have obviously either changed owners or have decided to lower the quality of what they have to offer hoping no one would notice.

If you're looking for good pizza or sandwiches in the Lansdale area, check out Tony's Pizza Palace, Franconi's Pizza, Palermo's Pizza or Mama Mia's, you'll enjoy your experience and food MUCH more in those places.

NEVER order from this place! I have never experienced such rude customer service from anywhere. I place a delivery order and was told 40 minutes, I called after an hour and the female owner picked up and in an extremely rude tone without any apology she said that it was possible for orders to be delayed. well, almost 2 hours after the order, still no food. I had someplace to be and this time period was unacceptable so I called to cancel my order. Once again without any apology, she continued to be rude over the telephone.
Not only was I upset about the food order, I was so offended by her tone and behavior.
I am boycotting this place and have also told everyone else I know about this occasion.
