.

This is a great vietnamese restaurant, they have good spring rolls and excellent pho soup. They have been open since about late summer / fall of 2005. my favorite item is the Com Dia pork chop with fried egg, jasmine rice and a small mini-salad consisting of a few leaves of lettuce, tomato slices and cucumber.

They recently expanded their menu to have a far larger variety of items. for a very long time they did not sell any fried beef, only fried pork, but i will say that their sweet sauce for the rice is far better than Garden Vietnamese, Ninh Kieu, Cafe 88 or Little Siagon. Standard pho soup 6.50, standard dinner / lunch dish is 7.50

Yeah the hours of operation are from m-f 10 am - 2:30 pm and 5pm - 9, then 10 am - 9 pm on saturday pm, and they're closed sunday. This place used to be called Siagon Delite way way way back when but then was closed for a number of years. And regarding the substitutions mentioned in the other reviews I had repeatedly asked for them to add beef items to the menu, it was always pork, after their first year or so they did add beef to the menu.

What is a Vietnamese Sub you ask? it is mega spicy and sweet at the same time. its basically a small roll thats glazed with a sweet sauce, sliced orange & white carrots, sliced pork and jalapeno peppers. DELICIOUS!!!!

Pros: great inexpensive food

Cons: not enough beef selection

.

The food is fantastic and keeps getting better. Very tasty and reasonably priced. Been going here for few years now. Service is a little slow but the food is worth the wait. Much better than Chinese food, similar to Thai. Not too exoctic so don't be afraid to try it...Best Vietnamese food in town.

Pros: great food

Cons: service a little slow but not too bad

I have tasted food all around the world. Their broth is very flavorable, and it doesn't have the canned soup taste. Eggrolls are meaty and not overwelmingly full of vegetables, spring rolls are also very good. I also had the egg noodle soup with won tons and shrimp and pork. I finished off with an avacado smoothie, which was rich and smooth and left me feeling refreshed. its made with real whole avacados, not the powdery stuff you see in the malls Another plus was that it was nonsmoking, The chairs could be more comfortable, but I wasn't there for the chairs. Overall it left me well satisfied and feeling good all over.
