I just had a new counter top installed by Lamtech (I made the purchase through Lowe's) and was so happy with the service. The two installers were polite, punctual, quiet and quick. They also spent time at the end giving me instructions on how to care for my new counter instead of just rushing off to the next job. The counters look great and I don't expect to have any problems. Dealing with the person who had to come out and measure beforehand and their scheduler were also pleasant, smooth interactions. I would definitely recommend this company!

Get 1-star because I can't give them less. Horrible company... never use them.
We waited 10 weeks for countertops to be completed correctly before we finally decided to cancel the service agreement. The events that follow is pure madness and a sign of stupidity to the 10th degree.
We waited nearly two weeks to have measurements and template created for the countertops. 1st delivery - 3+ weeks later (4 days after promised due date), but the countertops were measured incorrectly. Waited one more week for a service rep to come to home to inspect and re-measure. Countertops had to be returned to facility for a recut. 2nd delivery - 2+ weeks later. Countertops were cut incorrectly and two of the three segments did not fit properly at the corner joint. Waited nearly a week for a service representative to come to home to reinspect. Countertops returned to facility to be re-manufactured. 3rd delivery - two weeks later, service rep delivered newly remanufactured countertop. During my efforts to carefully place the countertop on the cabinets to ensure a proper cut and fit at the joint, the service rep, apparently impatient with my carefull attempts to remove all protective packing and caps, pulled the protective endcap off of the ctrtop without removing the securing staples and fractured the subboard and laminate finish. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a professional.
Encountered a typical laissez-faire attitude from customer service department when addressed repeated poor performance from company. Refused to accept any further delays and demanded refund in full. Finally received full refund after writing a very detailed letter to company Chairman and Vice-Presidents, along with letters to the Better Business Bureau and my attorney when initially received no satisfaction.
DO NOT USE LamTech, Inc. Horrific in every manner possible.
