We found everybody very friendly and helpful. Lorenzo was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. We felt good about the experience we had at Gateway.
I had previously driven Audi's and Acura??s and had never really even thought about a Kia before. After a test drive and going over the car with the knowledgeable salesperson I was impressed with what you get for your money. I would certainly add Kia to the list of cars once the current lease on my new Kia is over.

I have owned some type of Kia since 2001. I really like the vehicles and their durability. I was considering getting a new car, but not really looking today. Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful and treated me as if he had known me for years. He was extremely knowledgeable and once I told him what I wanted and a price range he knew right away what to show me. My favorite part of the test drive was when he described what would happen with respect to the reaction of the car before we got to certain areas of the road. It was one of the best test drives I have ever had. Lorenzo made sure I understood everything with many opportunities for questions along the way. Lorenzo is an excellent salesman and an asset to Kia Warrington. Eric was a very friendly manager who also made me feel comfortable. Laura was very efficient and friendly in completing the closing paperwork. Thank you Lorenzo, Eric and Laura!
My wife and I cannot say enough! This was our best car buying experience by far! Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to with a no pressure sales approach that was unexpected and refreshing, it almost felt like he was buying the car with us! We love our new Sportage! A great job by all at Gateway Kia, a real family atmosphere and a pleasant experience, Thank You!

I have been taking my 05 Sportage to Gateway since I purchased it from them new. They have been so incredibly helpful in numerous instances. I was even breaking down while in Washington DC earlier this year (unfortunate, but...) and called Gateway who went so above and beyond to help me find the nearest and best dealership to take it to that I was amazed. Unfortunately Tim who helped me out in that instance is no longer there, but the other guys are really great too. I was hesitant about getting a Kia, but the wonderful experience that I have had with Gateway has me always glad that I did and still loving my car just as much over 4 years after buying it.
