I started taking my rats there because it was closer than the vet in Cranberry. I got an estimate for the removal of tumors from my two girls, and who ever called me, was not paying attention, as I did not understand the amount, repeated the incorrect amount, and was not corrected by this person. They wanted $400 per animal. That's more than I pay for rent for a month. That's more than I make in two weeks. I ended up wasting a morning driving up there, only to find out it was going to $800 total. The worst part is, the girls really need their tumors removed, and now they have to wait another 2 weeks for an appointment at Cranberry Animal General. I can have both animals done for under $400 there. I do not recommend them as a long term vet, but rather an emergency option. To price something prohibitivly high as they did shows little concern for the welfare of the animals.
