will never shop here again. The sales people say one thing and the delivery people say something else. It seems as if they don't communicate or that they are trying to hide something. They also hire felons, and as far as I'm concerned I don't want a felon in my home or around me and my children when at the store. Apparently they believe that employing felons is more important then their customers safety and well-being, especially those with children, according to the manager. I saw an offender at their clearance center and spoke to the manager and I was basically told to go shop somewhere else because they don't have an issue with it (and the issue wasn't important enough to them to be able to speak to the owner, I might add). So that's what I am going to do. I'm not willing to take that chance, especially when they are in my home. Every one does deserve chances, but not when interaction with customers and deliveries are involved. That's quite a risk to take. I certainly hope that it's worth the liability and a customer doesn't end up hurt because that can certainly ruin a company, but I guess that's not important to them, the customer doesn't come first, and neither does their safety.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from Fecera's. I ordered furniture off the floor (same style and fabric) and was quoted 6 to 10 weeks. When I called to complain at 11 weeks I was told they weren't outside of the quoted times because it applies to when THEY place the order with the manufacturer, which was a week after I placed my order in the store, and regardless, they are not held to any timeline. When I said I wanted to cancel the order I was told it was fine, but there was no way they would refund my 25% deposit, because as the manager explained, they did me the favor of ordering the furniture and acting as the middleman between me and the manufacturer. Now that the furniture has arrived, they are calling me at times when I cannot take the call to schedule delivery, are not acknowledging the messages I am leaving in return, and are threatening to apply layaway charges (it's been 2 weeks). Of course in reading the policy it indicates that they can charge for layaway from 90 days after the date of sale, with no recognition of the fact that the furniture didn't come in for 90 days! My final complaint with Fecera's is that the salesman seems unable to comprehend that a single woman could purchase furniture. I get that it was part of his sales pitch to suggest I consult my husband and to pick out a recliner for my husband, but I made it clear I was purchasing the furniture for myself and he was only dealing with me. Well, evidently he didn't get it since I received a thank you for the purchase to "Mr. and Mrs.". When this miserable experience is over I will never purchase from Fecera's again.

I purchased a couch and loveseat for 1500. They both fell apart after 6 months. They will not return my emails or voicemails. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

A lot of furniture in our home was purchased at Fecera's, but recent purchases have been very disappointing. We purchased an expensive bar height table and 4 stools. The stools are of poor quality, as 2 have been broken and the other two are flimsy ($99 each!). We did purchase the warranty (thank goodness) and the stools were repaired. One broke again and had to be replaced.

I had recently checked this store, as well as other stores, for some pieces of furniture that I needed for my new home. The prices were much higher than the other stores that I had looked into. Though knowledgeable about the merchandise, the salesperson seemed to be unfriendly and just wanted to 'make the sale.' I will never shop there again.
