.

This is by far the worst dry-cleaners I have ever visited. Rude, incompetent, and accusatory - I would rather never have my clothing dry-cleaned again than to go back here.

My husband has visited the Owl Cleaners in Wexford and had some problems, but I figured I would "give it a go" at the Perry Highway location when Owl offered a Groupon - $15 for $30 worth of cleaning. There was a ton of "small print," and this place is outrageously expensive, but I thought I would try it and see. Big Mistake.

I took my clothes to Owl Cleaners for the first time - 2 pieces of dry-cleaning and 7 collared shirts along with the Groupon. On the day my clothes were to be done, I went to pick them up and pay. The clothes ended up being $15 more than expected! I was told that since my husband has gone to an Owl before and used a Groupon, mine was null and void! What?!?! That is not listed ANYWHERE on their posted signs or on the Groupon - it says "one per person," not "one per household." I bought one; my husband bought one ?? 2 totally different purchases, 2 totally different accounts and locations.

When I questioned the clerk about the situation, I was told that he couldn't help me and I could "call his manager if I want". He gave me a piece of paper with a phone number and stood there as I called his supervisor, J. The supervisor was rude - taking the position of 'guilty until proven innocent.' Instead of trying to assist me, she said there is nothing she could do. She proceeded to ACCUSE me of trying to use 2 Groupons myself, when in fact, I bought one and my husband bought one.

J, not helping me, nor even seeming interested in helping me, told me that I needed to call their Regional Manager. Again - handed a piece of paper with a number. In the store, I call him and no answer. I am told "there's nothing else that can be done." I ask the clerk to call back the supervisor to assess what else can in fact be done.

Now, we call J2. J2 proceeds to also accuse me of using the Groupons illegally and informs me they will not accept my Groupon...all after admitting she had never seen our particular Groupons! She just assumed that I would be trying to cheat them of $15. She tells me that she can check tomorrow - to see if I am lying, basically. I informed her that I would not be there all night and ended up having to pay FULL PRICE when I had been using a VALID gift certificate!!!

WARNING: Do NOT go to Owl Cleaners if you expect to use a VALID coupon. Do NOT go to Owl Cleaners if you expect any level of customer service. This place STEALS your money and then tries to convince you that you owe them and that you are the thief. They will mistreat you and offend you to make $15...appalling and disgraceful. As a follow up, my husband and I called their corporate number to discuss the situation - weeks ago...No response...Ever?Amazing. I have honestly never in my life been so offended or flagrantly mistreated by "service partners." Don??t make my mistake.

Owl Dry Cleaners does an excellent job. Someone recommend that I take a fancy dress with sequins there. I was not disappointed with the result. The staff was helpful and the price was reasonable.
