Car Pretty

Well I got my car tinted at CAR PRETTY. They did a great job the first time took care of me treated me like a king. A few months later I sent a friend of mine over there to get his car tinted also. They took care of him. While I was there I told him about how the tints are all scratched up from bottom of the window to the top. The workers gave me this funny look like I was nothing then said something about sand from the beach got into the windows so they won't correct the problem. I spoke to the owner about it and he agreed to correct the problem I brought my car back in to get fixed he just gave me the run around. I had a very bad experience with these people they'll take your money and just kick you to the curb. Also if you do decide to get your car tinted from them make sure you get a receipt. He didn't offer a receipt when I first went there he just said we have it in file.

The customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Someone called me a few hours before my appointment and said that I could come earlier. I went right in only to find that there was at least a 2 hour wait; why did they call me and tell me to come earlier if they were behind schedule? I rescheduled (2 months in advance) for 8:30am - their first appointment of the day. I still had to wait 2 hours, because someone had come in a few minutes before me and they took that car. This was particularly annoying because I specifically asked to be the first in so that I wouldn't have to wait. The tint job didn't come out too well. They were training a new employee and he ruined a few films on my car. After about 3 redo's, the already extremely frustrated worker rushed the job and got me out of there. I waited about a week and noticed that the film started to bubble at the edge of the glass on one of the doors. Also, there were bubbles on a rear window. I called them to schedule an appointment, preferably on a Saturday because I work during the week. In an annoyed tone of voice an employee told me that they are too busy and they only do warranties during the week, during the day. When I tried to explain that this wasn't convenient for me, he hung up on me. The owner followed up shortly. After about 2 months of trying to accomodate both schedules: the Car Pretty Tinting rarely works after 5:30-6pm I was unable to get them to take me on a Saturday, so I had to leave work early to have their mistakes fixed. The guy said that it's a small problem and there is no need to put a new film. The bubble is smaller but it is not completely gone and you can still see it. I am very unhappy with the experience and do not recommend the services of this shop. They always overbook and are constantly behind schedule. If they offer a lifetime satisfaction guaranteed warranty, they should stand behind it and not make it nearly impossible for the customer to be happy.

While we appreciate and value our customers, we don't appreciate a negative review given to a fellow tint shop bashing them, yet praising our name...especially on a public forum/blog. It's not appropriate and unfair to CarPretty's business reputation. CarPretty is a reputable shop, give them the chance to rectify the situation. If you haven't yet, talk to the owner and make sure he is aware of the situation, he is a stand up guy. CarPretty has experienced tinters who are more than capable of putting out quality work.

went back to get my windows fixed because of dust and bubbles and now their back again and alot of them on the bottom and they also cut some of my weather seals i would not reccomend them. if i can change it and get a refund i would and just go 2 shade of gray i heard good things about them i came to car pretty because i thought they was good and they also have bad customer service. i dont recomend this place

Car Pretty did an excellent job on my vechicle, I would highly recommend them to any body who is thinking about getting there windows tinted.

Best tint job ever!! No bubbles. Great customer service! Made to feel at home while my car got the royal treatment. Reliable, caring and car done in a timely manor. Would go back again and again. Keep up the great job!!

My experience with Car Pretty and the owner Steve was awesome!! My car was taken care of with the utmost of care and the customer service was great. I will be bringing my future cars there for tint and tell my friends to go there for their tint. I also will be bringing my car back for the remote start package. What a great place to go!!!

I was told about Car Pretty by a co-worker. Her car was done in 2004 and still looks GREAT. I had my car done in 2004 and I got pulled over by a Pennsauken NJ cop he thought it was factory tint thats how great of a job was done on my car. Yeah they have no customer service skills but they do have tinting skills. I am sending my other car to be tinted because I know thay can tint.

Very unhappy, unprofessional! I was recommended to go to Car Pretty a couple of months ago, but they were in the middle of moving. Now they are in their new location, it's a mess, and my car looks horrible with way too many bubbles.
