On Monday March 2, 2015 I brought my wife's Honda Civic into service at Conicelli Honda service. I was greeted by Assisted Manager Mark Glenn who handed the job off to Service Writer Tim who got the car in and out in 2 hours. Service Manger Joe made me feel at home with a courteous conversation and a hot cup of coffee.

While my wife's car was in for service, we decided to walk next door into the Hyundai showroom looking for my favorite car salesman Mr. Darryl Smith. The man with the big smile, hardy hand shake and tv narrator voice,. instantly, he recognized me. He had sold me my first fully loaded Hyundai, a 2013 Sonata in April 2013. Awesome experience!

So in no time, without any pressure, I purchased my second Hyundai from Darryl Smith. It is a 2015 Elantra GT, with all the bells and whistles. Once again, Darryl Smith provide excellent customer service and an unbelievable deal and my wife couldn't be happier.

While we were buying the Elantra, Kathleen DiClementi of the Customer Service Department was able to have my Sonata serviced. Outstanding!

Steven Osborne the Finance Manager also gave wonderful service getting the right loan at the right price!

The purchase would not be complete without the assistance of Oliver Woolfolk the General Sales Manager. He was very friendly and has a good sense of humor.

Next month, my son is going to visit Conicelli and buy a Hyundai from the best salesman.

Darryl Smith is the man you want to see for a great deal on a great car. Tell him I sent you.

I went to look at a car last Saturday and met Tim Smith who handles the auto auction. He gave me the keys to a 2001 Toyota Solara that I was interested in and told me to take it for a test drive. I fell in love with the car. Tim came out on a Saturday and took the time to talk to me and help me with the car. I had some trouble with financing because of the age of the car and he went to work to try and put me in touch with the people who could help me get this car. He was a great guy, nice mannerism and made it all work for me. Thank you Tim!! You're the best!

In April of 2006 I bought my 98' Nissan Maxima, and it was the best decision I ever made. When I went in the Conicelli dealership I was unsure of what I wanted. I knew what features and color I wanted, but nothing else. Pat Buscemi sat down with me for hours, and went on so many test drives with me. He is the most patient and helpful man I know.
Unfortunately I totaled my car in September 2009 when I was pregnant with my daughter, and I am currently looking again and there is no doubt that I am giving him a call. It's been over 4 years and I still have his card, he is the only person I will buy a car off of!

I purchased a used car from this dealer. A co-worker had recommended me to Mr. Pat Buscemi, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with what we bought, and that we got the best deal. I wanted to buy the car out right, with no additional monthly payment, because me and my boyfriends credit scores are low, and i thought we wouldn't even get approved for financing. but after falling in love with a car that was almost twice as much as we had to put down, Mr. Buscemi made it happen for us, with a reasonable monthly payment. I would go to this dealer again, and i would reccomend friends, especially to Mr. Buscemi. He's an excellent 'Assistant Buyer', it doesnt fit to label him a 'salesman'.

Although it is clear that others have had good experiences, I as well as a friend have had consistent and less than ideal experiences dealing with Conicelli Honda. On my first and only trip there, I was interested in looking at a honda civic as a third car to use for trips to the train. The salesman was initially quite polite, but when I refused to leave a $500 deposit in order to merely test drive the Si version, he became annoyed and all but walked away because of my refusal. Leaving a deposit for a test drive? Ridiculous. I bought a civic elsewhere AND test drove it beforehand without a deposit. A friend of mine recently went there as well to look at a CR-V. After his return, he started to tell me how rude the sales staff was. When he told me that it was Conicelli, I told him that he should have asked me first, because i had a similar experience and wouldn't have recommended them. In this instance, when my friend inquired about safety features of the CR-V the salesman told him he should consider going to the BMW dealership and spend 60 grand. Rude AND uninformed, as the CR-V actually has many safety features standard. i don't know whether we both got the same salesperson, but rude service has been my experience, and that of others I know. If you go there and the salesperson is rude, ask to speak to the manager or go somewhere else. I was too annoyed and went to another dealership that was respectful and seemed to value my business when i purchased a vehicle. My friend did the same. Not such a NICE place to do business.

My husband and I recently purchased a new Honda CR-V from this dealership and had an extremely positive experience. First off they priced matched from another dealer and Sophia was awesome to deal with for that. A plus for their dealership is that they have Saturday service hours for all their customers who have purchased from them. Smooth transaction and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend, plus they offer a referral program that rewards you for recommending a future Honda owner.

I recently purchased a new CR-V from Conicelli Honda. Previoulsy I had never dealt with such a larger dealership and I was pretty afraid of poor service. But it was a very good experience and I plan on returning for my next car. I requested a quote via the internet (allowed for anominity) and then followed up with an in-person visit. There was very little negotiation (they provide a fair quote on the internet since they know you can easily price compare). I would recommend considering Conicelli Honda if you're looking for a new or used car.

Conicelli Honda, like many other car dealers, allows you to request a quote online but Conicelli was the only dealership who actually emailed me a quote. The other dealers kept pressuring me to stop by or give them my phone number. When I met our sales associate she was very nice and straighforward and I did not feel any pressure at all.
