Joys & Toys

This store is PACKED with all kinds of toys from the past. Yes, this makes it tight, but to me, it just means all the more to look through! We've bought Care Bears, Little People toys, Tonka trucks, Strawberry Shortcake dolls and books there so far.

As for the people being rude and insolent, I have to question the attitude of the person who wrote this. Perhaps, he/she was a difficult customer? I have been to this store at least 4 times this past year and have never experienced this kind of service. On the contrary, they let my daughter pick a free toy from the bins and gave me a discount on some dolls, for no reason whatsoever. I also like that I can browse without feeling like I have a salesman on my back trying to get me to buy.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because some of their things are pricey. However, I figure with the cost of shipping on Ebay, they pretty much even out.

the collection of toys are wonderful,and bring back such memories.However the staff are rude and insolent. Also i notice if you bring a item in, they seem to have a lousy attitude about giving a estimate on its worth. items are also over priced.

I often walk into this place with no intention to buy anything. They have so many amazing toys that I remember from when I was a kid. I hardly ever buy anything because I think this place is a bit pricey. If you know someone who collects older toys or who you think would enjoy such a gift this is definitly the place to go and you will most likely find something.

A tiny gem in Hatboro! The store is crowded and it always feel like you are missing something-ladies not large handbags it is tight. Despite that, I love this store. So many older toys from the 80's especially that I just love. WOW, does it bring back the memories. I would say the prices are ok--might do better on e-bay but can't get a good look at the items that way. I have bought several blasts from my past and enjoying browsing the store as well. If it was set-up better I would go way more often. The staff could be a bit friendlier but they aren't rude.

This a virtual wonderland of my childhood...walking through the store brings back lots of memories. The store has too much stock and you can easily miss a hidden treasure. I think that the items are for the most part over priced for the condition they are in but if you are looking for that certain blast from the past chances are you will find it here.
