I strongly urge a collective boycott of Yardley Flower Company. I am sure the founders are rolling over in their graves given the depths to which this previously fine company has fallen

Yardley Flower Company should remove any references to "quality," "good customer service," and "satisfaction guaranteed" from their web site. I have never in my life had a worse experience dealing with any business.

My next "review" will be sent directly to TeleFlora, as well as FTD because they are the poorest and most dismal excuse as a representative of either of those companies I have seen.
Yardley Flower Company is a perfect excuse/reason for people to use 1-800-Proflowers.
The pathetic arrangement (and I use that term very loosely) sent (at a cost of more than $50) after being given a TeleFlora number, specifically being instructed to not include yellow flowers, and that I wanted it upgraded, resulted in an arrangement I could easily have gotten at any grocery store for under $15.00.

The complete and utter lack of any semblance of customer service topped off what was already a horrid experience.

NEVER AGAIN!

If its possible, i would rate them a "-5" out of 5 !!!! My bf ordered a surprised flower to have it deliver to my work. He paid extra to get it ship before noon. Unfortunately, that was too difficult for them to understand. I got a phone call from them around 1:30pm saying that they cant get the flower to my work until 3pm after telling me that it was a surprised. I cancelled it because my office was closed at 3pm on that day. The lady that i spoke to on the phone was so rude. She did not apologize at all. Yet, this was not the worst part. At around 2:50pm, I received the flowers (not to mention it did not look like in the picture at all, they looked so cheap and it was almost $90. I could really get this at the super market for less than $20). So I called the place and asked to speak to the owner. He was so RUDE. He said, " I hear that ur unhappy and I dont care. you got your order" and hung up on me. I called back. The receptionist picked up and said, "hes not gonna talk to you" then hung up on me. DO NOT GO TO THIS FLOWER SHOP!!!!!! HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!! Thanks for almost ruin my bday. Please DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!

I order an $85 arrangement for Mother's Day. They arrived and looked nothing like the photo online. I honestly would not have paid $10 for them at a supermarket. I called the florist and the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me.

I'm familiar with this business and have used their services on several occasions. Most recently for a 50th wedding anniversary party when I was short on time, and wasn't even certain of the table arrangements or no. of confirmed guests. Spoke with Lori (Laurie) over the phone. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but Lori helped me fine tune the choice and made several helpful suggestions. Within 2 days, she contacted me again when everything had arrived for final approval. She was concerned with one detail and I stopped by, resolved the question, and waited to pick up my order 2 days later. Everything was ready to go when I went to pick up the order. The arrangements were "living" (plants)arrangements and still look beautiful after a week. I was very satisfied with pricing, selection, and most of all, customer service.

I had gotten this company's name off of the knot as I had been planning my wedding. I met with the owner of the establishment who promised me great service and great things. I left her pictures of the colors I had in mind. I told her I'd like a burnt orange and creme color scheme. I mapped out the number of corsages of the guys and various wristlets for the mothers, grandmothers, etc. The friday before my wedding I stopped into check on my flowers and they were all bright orange and yellow arrangements. I told the woman that this was not what we had discussed and she had the nerve to throw my order form at me along with some unkind words. My mother and I were appalled by this behavior considering my wedding was the next day. Also those of us who have been in the wedding planning process know that this stress was not at all needed. I pulled myself together and tried to have a civil conversation with the owner. She got increasingly defensive. The day of wedding my flowers were delivered in the proper color however most of the expensive roses I had ordered were replaced with dying carnations. I was left 4 short in corsages and 3 short in wristlets, all things I had payed for in advance. My pew bows were supposed to be burnt orange and again creme, they were red and white!!! It was terrible.I called after the honeymoon to complain and get some money back and I was treated rudely and received a check for 11.50 and was told that I was reimbursed for only 1 missing corsage. My wedding was at the hyatt and even the wedding banquet manager agreed that the replacement carnations were dying and hideous. Thankfully the rest of my wedding was beautiful, so I'm sure many guests overlooked the flower catastrophe, however if i ever had to recommend a flower shop- this would be last on my list. I hope this review saves someone the heartache that i endured.
