If its festival night in West Chester, ask for a table upstairs, the people watching is fascinating. Very good specials, a little pricy especially with the booze so be careful, but a neat old place.

Vincent's is the best i got there all the time and my family and I eat there, and make alot of good memories there. I suggest you go hear we are best friend with the owner. He said that i could work for him, but im 13, and i have to wait, but this place is a good place to eat with the family or if a boyfriend and girlfriend want to eat some where eat her this counts for all couple trust me. Eat hear, and in a couple years i might just be waiting or clearing the table. Thanks bruce your the coolest.

When my wife and I came to this establishment we thought it was very nice until the food started to come. First their was a very long hair in my smoked salmon, that was just the start. My wife gave the food back then we got salads and once again their was a very long piece of hair on her salad. This was ridiculous... The entrees were not worth the money either. Then when we were leaving this place to top it off we saw 2 mice run across the floor. I would suggest to stray away from this place.

Vincent's is open for lunch and dinner. Dinner is pretty high-class and will cost you, and lunch is the same, just smaller portions that cost proportionately less. Not that it isn't worth it! The food, especially the tortellini alfredo, is excellent. The daily specials are usually innovative and tasty.
Upstairs on the weekends, you can take in some live blues (Friday) or Jazz (Saturday). There is bar and tables upstairs, but the room is small and fills up fast, so get there early.
Some pretty well-known acts have appeared recently, as well as some newcomers, all worth attending.

PROS: Live music on the weekends, one of the few places to see Blues.
CONS: $$$$
