I have lived here for two years and the apartments are not at all cheap anymore for what you get! I pay $530 a month for a small 2 bedroom apartment where the roof leaks and I always have fleas during the summer because the lady downstairs has four cats! There are too many gang bangers and the kids who live there are mostly punks.

The office staff is great. They are courteous and have ALWAYS been super kind to me.

Lets put this simply: You get what you pay for. When you pay a rock bottom price for apartments that actually have a great location (minutes from Eries shopping and two interstate), you know something is up. That something is: 1) a strange mix of college students, lower income people, and older folks, 2) the fact that maintenance requests aren't fixed in a timely manner, and 3) rather dirty common areas. Honestly, there were times where I didnt feel 100% safe, either. Just keep these things in mind based on your renting needs.

This place is not very nice. Even though they are one of the cheaper apartment complexes in the area, you get what you pay for. Located way out near the Millcreek Mall, these apartments start at a little over $300 for a one bedroom. A friend had her tires slashed while she was living here! The apartments are dark, drab and look as if they haven't been remodeled since 1984. There are better, more convenient options, you just have to look.
