Starbucks

I work right next to this location and they used to be tops ... quick and friendley service, consistently good S'bucks goods. Since Starbucks shifted their priorities (i.e. when they 'went Pike'), the staff, the pace and the quality have changed. Perhaps a coincidence, but now there are regulary long lines at the coffee bar and the coffee is as likely to be bitter/burnt tasting or have grounds in it as it is to be good. Staff changes can really make a difference.
