Dr. Hatfield is the best! She has helped my dogs issues with acupuncture and laser therapy! Dr. Maxwell is my ferret's favorite! The whole staff is quite nice and I can always get an appointment when needed. I had to see a doctor I never met- Dr. Johnson- at an emergency visit when my dog had an allergic reaction- and he quickly accessed all my records on a laptop right in the exam room and saved my dogs life! I'm now a lifetime client!!!
My dog and I love NPAH! The doctors are all great and prices are quite competetive. The staff is compassionate and understanding. They are understanding about finances and don't make you feel bad if you can't afford something. I will never go anywhere else!
Can't say enough good things about North Penn Animal Hospital. Our old dog went into kidney failure and eventually had to be euthanized. Throughout the whole process I felt that the doctors gave me information I needed to understand what was going on. The staff was very concerned and caring. They took wonderful care of our dog and tried to make the awful task of having to put her to sleep the easiest that they could. They were very caring.
I will definitely be going back when I get another dog. Don't go anywhere else!
I have been going to North Penn Animal Hospital since they opened and have always been very pleased with the doctors and the staff. They really care about my pet family and everyone there is warm and friendly. I tell everyone I know who has pets to bring them there. .
We have been taking our animals to Dr. Rossi since he first opened his doors! I trust him explicitly and will see one of the other vets only if I have to. Don't get me wrong they are good also but Dr. Rossi is a family friend as well. My only gripe is the office staff who seem to be very disorganized most of the time and I don't get that friendly feeling when I call.

I took my first pet here over 10 years agoa nd was thrilled with service then. I believe the service and care has gone down hill and the prices up in last 2 years. No consistency in which doc sees your pet, not as friendly and caring as used to be.

We've been taking our Cocker Spaniel there since we first got him almost 4 years ago. The service is great. The hours are very flexible and convenient. The staff is very friendly and the vets are great. They offer everything from grooming, to boarding, the general pet care. I highly recommend this place for all your pet's needs.

I wouldn't take my pets any where else. My pets have been patients here for years for routine exams and shots as babies and for emergencies. Friendly and helpful staff and doctors. Great parking and lots of reccomendations and supples available for sale.

I've been going to North Penn Animal Hospital for about 6 years now. I'm very happy with them and plan to always bring my pets there as long as I live in the area. I have a dog and three cats. We have seen all the doctors there. Sadly, my dog has been through cancer and we have needed to see the vet often. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. The doctors have always been willing to take the time to speak with me and answer my questions. The technicians and doctors have been very patient and understanding during my dog's illness.
One of my cats also injured his leg and Dr. Johnson offered laser therapy to help heal the injury. I thought it was pretty cool that they had that. He's just started his treatments, but it seems to be helping.
Dr. Rossi and associates are truly the most caring vets I have ever come across! My English Bulldog, Maddie, needed eye surgery and Dr. Rossi did an excellent job. His prices are competative and all the vets there comunicate with each other so I can see any of them and still feel comfortable. The front desk staff is very polite and efficient, and the technicians and nurses are really caring and good with my girl. I trust them completely and will never take my beloved bully girl any where else!

I can only say one thing to people bringing their pets here - MAKE SURE YOU GET DR. ROSSI! The other vets do not care much for cats, and Maxwell can be rude to them. Overall, they are nice people there, but not upfront about billing. Make sure you ask in detail how much everything is going to cost, before you have them do anything, or you'll risk nasty several hundred dollar "surprises" in the mail for months afterward. But they are very nice to customers and have really sweet cats that hang out in the office waiting room. The one white one is the size of a horse!
Pros: Sweet office staff, and Dr. Rossi is amazingly caring and will give his all for pets.
Cons: All the other vets are no good, and biling is outrageous!
