Fast and Professional Service

After Septa covered my vent pipe with concrete I had my basement full of water every time it rained. I went to servicemagic and DrainKing called me right away and the plumber was at my door like in 30 minutes. The plumber ran the snake twice and he had to use a jack hammer to break the concrete. The plumber explained everything and my drain is working perfect now. The total was $375 which I found way cheaper than RotoRooter, don't ever use RotoRooter as they are just a bunch of thieves.

I would not reccommend DRAIN KING PLUMBING to anyone. First of all he is very pricey, actually overcharged me for his service (probably because I was a woman). I just had him come out to clean/snake my drain in the basement he pulled out a few pieces of lint and charge me $145.00 then told me that was inexpensive compared to other places. Later I found out that other places only charge $69.00 - $99.00. Also, I called him again because my drain was clogged again and asked him what is the basic charge to snake a drain and he said $300 CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!!!! Then I told him that he only charge me $145 before then he said oh???? Sendondly, the manager/owner is very rude and hung up on me twice because I started question him about his prices. Although the work I had done was guarenteed for 6 months I would use another company. Lastly, beware that there are two "DRAIN KINGS" listed in the phone book/Internet make sure you do not use the one on Ridge Ave. in Philadelphia.
