Capital Auto Auction

These guys are dangerous. Stay off. I bought car, sent a shipper to pick it up. They sent the wrong car and refuse to reimburse me for cost of transporting the wrong car. In addition, they refuse to send me the car I bought.

They keep changing their stories to fit the moment. Do not how they sleep at night!!!

i am in need of 2 vehicles and thought about going to capital auto auction but thanks for your story about the poor customer service and business practices they use. i will definitely steer clear of this place and suggest it to everyone else. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE deserves this type of publicity. Sorry, capital auto you will not see one dime of my money

I bought a dodge neon from here that was a greenlight car ( which means it has a one hour warranty) I brought my mechanic up there when I picked the car up and he checked the car out and in 30 min said that the transmission was bad, so I turned the car back in. They said the car would be fixed in 3 days, after a week they said that the car was fixed, I had my mechanic come once again and he said that the car had not been touched and that the same problem was wrong, when I question them about it (capital), they said that if I did not take the car, it would be towed and destroyed, they refused to show any proof that they had fixed it. Here I am still with a car with a bad transmission, that was under warranty. Stay clear of this place.

I BROUGHT A GREEN LIGHT SUBARU VEHICLE. I DON'T KNOW WHETHER IT IS GOOD OR NOT. I DID NOT PICKED IT UP. THE SUBARU VEHICLE HAS A GOOD REPUTATION ON THE INTERNET. WHAT UPSET ME WAS THE VEHICLE WAS CLEAN BODY AND INTERIOR AND THE ODOMETER READ 109,121 MILES. ONCE YOU BUY THE VEHICLE, YOU MUST GO AND SIGN FOR THE VEHICLE WHERE THE MAN IS DOING THE ANOUNCING OF THE PRICE. THIS IS THE SLICK PART. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION. THEY WILL ASK FOR YOUR MONEY, OR CREDIT CARD FIRST. THEY MAY GIVE YOU YOUR GREEN SLIP. THE MAN WALKED MINE INTO THE OFFICE WHERE YOU FINISH THE PAPERWORK. MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR GREEN SLIP BACK. THEY CAN CHANGE INFORMATION ON IT AND THEN SAY THAT YOUR SIGNATURE IS ON IT. WHICH YOU REALLY DID SIGN.ED BEFORE THE INFORMATION WAS CHANGED. WATCH YOUR ODOMETER READING. THE TITLE MAY SAY ONE THING BUT THE ODOMETER READING ON THE CAR ANOTHER. THAT IS WHAT HAPPEN TO ME. I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE PURCHASING A CAR THAT HAD 109,121 MILES WHICH THE CAR ODOMETER READS AND END UP PURCHASING A CAR WITH 179,079 MILES. THEY CHANGED THE ODOMETER MILEAGE ON THE PURCHASING PAPER AFTER I SIGNED IT. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU SATISFACTORY. THEY KNOW THAT THEY ARE BEING SLICK. GREEDY FOR MONEY.

PROS: MAYBE SOME GOOD VEHICLES, YOU MUST FIND THEM.
CONS: THEY WILL BE SLICK AND CHEAT YOU OUT OF MON EY, IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL.
