Any way they provided great service. they do stand by their warranty. and they have really good vacuums. Its much better to go here rather than Sears. One reason is you get to see varieties of vacuums instead of just Store Brand. Here you see vacuums like Simplicity, Dyson, Kenmore. You name it they probably have it.
