Aug. 23, 2009, I used Customer Service for The Weston UNion Services. I was told my photo I.D. could not be used. I needed a test question. Sharron did not check to see if my daughter had posted a test question. I asked to see a manager. She became hostile. I waited for the Night Manager. At first he called my contact number, my daudgter did not pick up; so I left a message. While I was waiting for a response, I overheard the Night Manager and four customer service workers laughing at me and demeaning me. I also witnessed another being shouted at. The Manager did nothing. The entire group is in need of intensve Customer Service trainging. I got excellent Customer Service from The Chelten Store. These employees are OUT OF CONTROL at the North Philadelphia Store.
The produce at this market is the worst I've seen so far. Pay close attention to the price of everything you place in your cart, a lot of times they ring up different when it come down to paying for it at the checkout counter. This happens to me almost all the time and they won't tell you, " that item is now
free " you have to know the laws or they will get you.
