It's a small place, and doesn't do boarding--just day care. They're very selective about both their staff and clientele, and really know their stuff.

They schedule the dogs according to temperament and play style to really optimize the experience for all the dogs attending. At the end of the day, they're happy and exhausted! And, there are always little reports and photos of the dogs, too.

Definitely try this place over the chains! No wonder there's often a waiting list, and many dogs have been going there for years!

I needed a place for my dog to play because she does not like to be crated and I need to work late. This seemed like a great solution. Wrong! My dog was crated from 11 am to 1 pm (for nap & utilitarian walk) and then again from 2 pm until I was able to pick her up. Which, of course meant that I had to get there as soon as possible and could not work late. Rather than picking up an exhausted and happy dog, my dog was wired from being in the crate. And she needed to go to the bathroom desperately. And if I had to work late - she was in terrible shape and miserable by the time I picked her up. I stopped going and found another place to take my dog where she is much happier and exhausted from playing when I pick her up!

Pros: I honestly cannot think of a single "pro" that they have over their competition

Cons: Crating for at least 5 hours / day, Unhappy staff, Poor Customer Service, Crying & Barking Dogs, Lots of Traffic on streets at pick up time

Pros: They have a playground.

Cons: Staff gossips about other dog owners, Lots of Traffic in Strip District, Can't see facility, Lots of dogs crying and barking

I sent my baby Pekingese to this location after she had hip surgery. I was not able to stay home with her, so I sent her to Bow Wow and the staff fell in love with my angel. They took very good care of her and I use them now when i go to conferences with my job. No price is too big for my baby.
