Well, I have been having bad experience with them so far. In March 2010, they sold me a Corolla 2006 with idle and rpm problems. I was buying the car for my wife, who drives around with our five month son, and was especially upset when it started having problems immediately after the purchase. It would not start properly and would loose RPMs when idling. When I brought the car in they refused to do anything to fix that and said I was cranking it wrong. They also said there was going to be a fee for the diagnostics: $99.00. Then, all of a sudden they changed their mind and cleaned the injector without charging me. Weeks later, they replaced the fuel filter and that did not solve the problem either. I am still having problems with this car, and am very upset. They just want to make a sale and do not really care.

I started to go to Faulkner Toyota for service after I moved and was unhappy with my old dealership. They have been so helpful to me and it is always easy to get an appointment. Joanne, who is my team leader, always goes above and beyond.

I purchased a certified pre-owned Toyota from Faulkner about 5 years ago. I hate buying cars but the experience was actually fine. I still have the car and it still runs great. I've used their service area a few times too; they were good to deal with for price and staying within time estimates. I would go there again.

I purchased a used car from a car dealer - something I wouldn't have considered several years ago. I went into the dealership and told them what I was looking for. They had a huge selection of used cars, but only two of what I wanted.

The saleperson I had was very pleasant and friendly. They made me feel like I was an old friend. I purchased the car and picked it up a few days later. They wanted to go over it (and they put on new brakes for me - no additional charge) and they had to "clean it up". After I got it, I found some paperwork identifying the previous owner, a 20 ounce (half filled) bottle of water under the front seat, a allergy pill on the floor, and a few sticks of gum and pieces of candy under the rugs. They did not do too good of a job in "cleaning it up" - but it was pretty clean.

I have had the car for about 5 months now, and it is everything that they represented.

PROS: Friendly - and I got a good deal
CONS: They could have cleaned the used car a bit better inside.
