I purchased an Ultra at Hot Metal Harley-Davidson. I've been to several dealerships in the area and it seemed like I got the run around... the sales person said they would call, etc. I stopped into Hot Metal one Saturday and everyone couldn't have been nicer. I wasn't sure if I could get financed, but they took their time with me, and I'm the proud owner of a new Ultra! I highly recommend this dealership.

My husband's new sportster needed some work done, it was making a weird noise when stopping. He called to make an appt and the soonest he could get in was 2 weeks later. he explained that this was his daily driver and was concerned it could be a hazard to him and others on the road. They said they would call him if an opening became available. Well he took the appt and hoped for the best. Well 3 hours laster the manager called and offered to get him in the next day. The bike was fixed within 48 hours of being dropped off, despite the time frame for repair of being 10 days.

This Dealership has a new partner who is striving to be 1st in Customer service. They are making excellent progress. The staff has become more friendly and truly interested in your needs. A good example of a recent experience that characterizes their goal to be number 1 in Customer Service was demonstrated last Monday when I called to tell them I was not able to bring my cycle in for service that day since it was a stormy day and it was forecasted to be that way for a couple of days and as a result I was not able to bring in my wife's cycle for its service on the susequent day, per our appointmemt schedule. They thanked me for the phone call and the notice. About 5 minutes latter they called back and said they would pick up both bikes in their enclosed trailer at no charge and would be at our home within a hour. That is exceptional Customer Service.

PROS: They are making good progress
CONS: They still have a long way to go
